Blocking Numbers
Hi, I'm looking for some help.
I have a Moto G4 running Android V6.0.1. My last phone was a iphone and before that a Windows phone. On both my iOS and Windows I could easily block a number, for example from a PPI or "We understand you have had an accident" caller, from the call log or text message. For the life of me I cant work out how to do this with Android, its probably easy but I cant work it out. If someone can point me in the right direction I will be very grateful. Thanks |

I use the Truecaller app (from Play Store) it works quite well, as well as blocking individual numbers you can block whole series of numbers - I've blocked everything beginning 0207946 as these often show up as Whatsapp calls but are actually spam.
It's not perfect but looking at my call log it's blocked about 15 calls in the last week. |

So is this basic functionality not built into Android? I thought it was the market leader.

Thanks I block all numbers for:- 0203, 0207, 0208, 0113 as well as every Welsh dialling code - they are the most abusive call centres of all. |

Check under "Privacy Options" - It's where it can be found on my Wileyfox.
