Yes it effectively becomes a neutral ground

Say what you like about Vardy but I can't remember a forward having such lethal pace as a forward in the positions he uses it, since maybe Owen in his first couple of seasons.

Knife-through-butter stuff from Man City for their third goal.

Good luck for the rest of the group stage, Legia Warsaw.

Anyone think borussia Dortmund could be a contender to challenge the usual suspects in the champions league this season

Yep and who rescued them with equaliser yet again?

I thought Leicester would have a chance against Brugge but never expected them to thoroughly dominate like that. Good result for them in the other group match as well.

Yeah the late tackling defender sent him 2 foot up in the air and was lucky not to have a red card . Surprised the brugge fans werent moaning Vardy dived like the uk fans did a lot last season.

Leicester off to a great start now can they keep all the balls up in the air now ?

Focus on qualifying for the knockout round and finish in top 8... That's a successful season.. I'll be remaining on their bandwagon!

The funny thing is Ronaldo used to actually be good at free kicks. If you ever watch Ronaldo's first 50 or so goals at Real Madrid you'd be surprised how many of them were quality free kick strikes.

People can rave on about how good Aguero is but he still can't get into the Argentina first XI at the moment.

Long may it continue, less he plays for them the better.

I think this seasons Champions League is so much better without the usual suspects like Man United and Chelsea and seeing different teams like Leicester City and Tottenham play in it

Possibly but I wouldn't commit to the idea too much, dominating Legia isn't exactly an accomplishment.

Reaping what they sow by cashing in and moving away from the Lane.

you do realise that UEFA regulations prevent us from playing at WHL this season, right?

Yeah and all those years of progression to the later stages have certainly helped the co-efficients too.

Funny how quickly the newbies forget that isn't it?

Well considering they didn't qualify, I'd say United and Chelsea are categorically unlikely to win it.

And City look better than both of them anyway.
