Great wins for Leicester and Spurs - shame it won't get a lot of coverage.

Leicester are doing very well for the first ever season in this competition, I hope that they go as far as possible!

Celtic are working hard. Rare to see them like this in a CL match.

Just seen the scores, what happened at Celtic, I know that Celtic always raise their game at home, but blimey!
Must see the highlights later! |

In terms of that particular group, lots of pressure now on City to have to go to Barcelona and win, if they want to top the group, rather than just qualify in second place, as I think that they will perceive it as two points dropped. |

Let's not all get carried away. It was like a lower league team in the FA Cup where they give it their all and then hang on for the last half hour to get a replay.
Celtic did very well but let's not kid ourselves this was some type of genius performance as to how to play City. |

I have just finished watching the highlights, fantastic overall performance by Celtic, hopefully they have showed the way forward for other teams to play against City.

I know you are always desparate to have a dig at City but you really need to give it some thought first. Why can't they win at home and draw away. There is no pressure on them at all to have to win there.
I can say for the record, that none of that describes me, or what I want to do here on DS. On to your points, City could do as you say, but the pressure is on them to have to win at least one of the gang, if they wish to top their group, as with this draw at Celtic, it does take the pressure off of Barcelona to a degree. The two games will be enjoyable viewings for the neutral though. |

Celtic 4-3 Juventus Celtic 1-0 Porto Celtic 1-0 Valencia Celtic 3-1 Stuttgart Celtic 1-1 Liverpool Celtic 0-0 Bayern Munich Celtic 2-0 Lyon Celtic 1-0 Barcelona Celtic 1-1 Villarreal Celtic 0-0 AC Milan Celtic 1-0 Shakhtar Donetsk Celtic 1-0 Man Utd Celtic 3-0 Benfica Celtic 0-0 AC Milan Celtic 2-1 Shakhtar Donetsk Celtic 1-0 Benfica Celtic 2-1 AC Milan Celtic 2-0 Villarreal Celtic 1-1 Man Utd Celtic 0-0 Benfica Celtic 2-1 Spartak Moscow Celtic 2-1 Barcelona Celtic 2-1 Ajax Celtic 3-3 Inter Milan Celtic 3-3 Man City Id like to see a Lower League English team with a CV like that. Your Spurs, Evertons and Southamptons wouldnt get near that. English football is dire with no passion or atmosphere, thats your problem. Old Trafford, Emirates, Etihad, Stamford Bridge are full of prawn sandwich spice boys. Its why the League is a joke to watch, totally boring. The poor football just adds to it, couldnt hold a candle to the tactics or technique of the Spanish, German and Italian Leagues. |

If you ever have been to Vicente Calderon you know what atmosphere should look like. For me there is a special atmosphere in England but for me nothing that can push the players. Just look at Liverpool vs. BVB last year EL - that is the atmosphere which can give the whole team a push. |

Pish, some of Celtic's home result in Europe from 2000 to now:
Celtic 4-3 Juventus Celtic 1-0 Porto Celtic 1-0 Valencia Celtic 3-1 Stuttgart Celtic 1-1 Liverpool Celtic 0-0 Bayern Munich Celtic 2-0 Lyon Celtic 1-0 Barcelona Celtic 1-1 Villarreal Celtic 0-0 AC Milan Celtic 1-0 Shakhtar Donetsk Celtic 1-0 Man Utd Celtic 3-0 Benfica Celtic 0-0 AC Milan Celtic 2-1 Shakhtar Donetsk Celtic 1-0 Benfica Celtic 2-1 AC Milan Celtic 2-0 Villarreal Celtic 1-1 Man Utd Celtic 0-0 Benfica Celtic 2-1 Spartak Moscow Celtic 2-1 Barcelona Celtic 2-1 Ajax Celtic 3-3 Inter Milan Celtic 3-3 Man City Id like to see a Lower League English team with a CV like that. Your stadium is only full of passionate fans for these games and maybe a couple of others. Its half empty for run of the mill league games when its nailed on you will win. |
