The only reference seen to date in the T and Cs where this is made prominent is item 6 "In the event of a tie"
I believe that voters were being asked to spend money to save and that it is possible that they have been mislead

•the 2nd least voted to save would in the viewers eyes be entitled to be safe were it not for production intervention to nullify their intent and introduce a game of chance
