I know ratings are up but entertainment value has dwindled.

It's for me been the worst bb since helen woods winning.

I can't believe I've stayed with this CBB, but I will turn off if I see Stephen Bear on any programme again!!!!!

In the end 60% of the housemates was good "appointments", the other 40% was pointless, some of the heavy scripting was awful, the production was below par compared to the last normal BB. Lack of games and task.....

But in the end, Ch5 have tapped into a formula that attracts a new audience with less of a budget so CBB/Ch5 have won.

I don't subscribe to "never watch again" because like a **** I will, but I certainly don't like myself for it.

I also don't ever say worst ever, but this one is.

I've watched every bb from the start, I never say I'll quit watching but this year has been a struggle.

CH5 also only get half the audience that CH4 got when it had BB.

Well, that pretty much goes for most of what Ch5 shows.

It's like the transformers movies, everyone knows they're loud unwatchable shite but they make money so they keep making them.

I actually got about 40 minutes into one of them before I realised I'd tried to watch it before, I tuned out the first time too!

In a year's time it will only be remembered for being "the one where Biggins was kicked out for being a Nazi"

I think we're a seriously disappointed and disgruntled BB aficionados on this thread....

I wouldn't worry about it too much . You seem to be too discerning to watch the kind of gutter trash shows that he'll be in .

He's already been airbrushed from BB history in that BOTS show.

Less than half. In C4's heyday, they got audiences of 10 million which dwindled to 2 by the time the show was axed which is the kind of figure C5 gets if they're lucky.

In the office today they were all talking about Naked Attraction, the Channel 4 show.

BB evidently needs more penises.

I had to mute the telly a few times when Bear was doing his monologues, and felt my skin crawling when Aubrey was doing her counselling, oh and I used the pause button (followed by fast forward) for all the Heavy D moments...

But I have to say I've enjoyed this series for one thing and that is the moments when guards were down a bit and they forgot about their body language, like the other day when they were all in the garden and Aubrey was still seething about pie-gate - as everyone was talking she was sitting swaying slightly, like a cobra looking for an opportunity to strike.

Totally agree... What happened on live in the house was a joke.

I didn't get live in the house at all, it fell very flat for me. The house is meant to be isolated from the outside world, but they've gradually made it less and less so. Not a feature I'd be interested in watching again.
