20 years ago a small blonde haired boy is playing in the garden:
"Mum look at me! Look at me Mum!!! Look!"
"Very good Stephen"
"You're not looking!!"
Stephen, deflated, stops playing and sees a broom resting against the fence, he picks it up and starts smashing the fence.
Running out of the house she says "Stephen!! What are you doing? Put that down!! Stop it!!"
She picks him up and just for a moment, he feels the warmth of her embrace.
