I wouldn't do it for 12k, but as a stepping stone to possible 100k paydays then I'd sure as hell consider it.

He has gotten much more free promotion to capitalise on the series than his fee. I don't think he will end up doing too poorly at the end of it all. I can't stand him, but I don't think the fee means much.

Well I had never heard of Bovey or Bear but you can bet the majority of the demographic that C5s version of BB is aimed at will have heard of Bear and not Bovey. I find the insinuations that Bear is less of a person because he has a smaller appearance fee to be ridiculous and snobby.

I wouldn't say he's less of a person, it would be difficult to be less of a person than Bovey, but he's definitely more fame hungry, as someone else said, Bear would have probably done this for 12p
