How is it a conspiracy to say that you can't use evidence from a series from a few years ago to defend something from a current series?

Nevertheless just because Chris says that happened on one night in his series doesn't make it any more legit. It's still presented as reality the following day.
If you're willing to accept it then you'd be willing to accept it no matter how often it's done in a series. I don't think it's that outlandish to wonder whether they'd do it a lot more nowadays than they did before. I mean if they can get away with something once then they're vindicated and can do it again in the future. It would be common sense to suppose that wouldn't it?
Anyway, we are talking about what happened last night, and the fact is that it did happen. And if Chris said that they did it in his series it doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that BB wouldn't employ this kind of strategy at any time they want.

See you next series. you will be there watching all of it, riveted by it. As will all the other haters. Fixated by it. You love it and can't get enough of it. Just admit it.

I don't think this is about acting or script I think my.concern that people who can't really afford to, ring up and vote, leaving them with a heavy phone bill, when the phone call just created revenue for ch5. and peoples votes make no difference the final result

And this!! is why Bear was so crucial this season on CBB ..because the show would have been almost 95% boring as fuk

I wouldn't take seriously a site that struggles with basic literacy. Some of the grammar in that piece is hilariously bad.

Your conspiracy seems to be that most of the show is now staged. You're determined to believe it despite you basing it entirely on speculation (besides tonight's feed).

You're choosing to refute pretty basic explanations about tonight's feed from at least two past housemates. You're also ignoring the fact that we've seen about a month of live feed previously where this hasn't happened, AND ignoring the question of why BB would show this to us if it was revealing some huge hidden secret about how they operate.

All because you 'think' this is what goes on all the time.

I'm starting to believe this was completely intentional. It's the final live feed, and the show finishes tommorow - surely if you were a disgruntled production employee sick of all of the scene scripting, fakery played off as real etc then the perfect opportunity is to do it on the last live episode you're involved in? The show ends tommorow, so they have nothing to lose in some ways.

Sam and Saira both did reality shows. Saira came from a reality show.

It wasn't just one scene though, it was three - the sofa for the "congratulations you are the finalists", the party and then the good night scene.

Fair enough if that's the way they want to go ahead but they have to put a disclaimer in the credits, the same as Made in Chelsea do.

It does make it more understandable about the lack of continuity now though.

Do you know how hard those production jobs are to come by? You really think someone working for Ch5 would just 'get sick of the fakery' and commit career suicide?

Yes. Plenty of whistleblowers in other industries.

Probably been offered a job on another show and couldn't care less. He/she might not want to be tarnished with working for CBB.

No, this has come from your mind, not mine.
I said that in Chris's series there was a lot which was dubious, which there was. And there has been across most series.
You're the one coming up with the idea that I think it is staged all of the time. I never said that.

And yes I am refuting basic explanations from previous housemates because they know as much as you or I do about this series.
I know what I saw on last night's live feed, and no matter how 'normal' somebody tries to convince me it is, it doesn't take away from the fact that it was a succession of directed set pieces. I'm sure that you'd like to pass it off as a one-off, but I'm afraid I am either more sceptical than you or less naive.

If you've seen a month's worth of live feed I'd love to know where you saw that because I wasn't aware of it.

I was so fed-up with the "live from the house" show last night that I switched off and went to bed...

and missed all of this!

Thought did cross my mind that if most of the production staff are on contracts, now they have one day left they thought "s*d it" and got their own back...

Has OFCOM been informed yet?
Has someone mentioned Aspergers yet?
Has someone diagnosed sociopathy, psychopathy or narcissistic thingy?

If the answer is no to at least two of the above then it is not a genuine scandal. Move along, nothing to see here.

That's my view on things too... and this will hit them where it hurts because unlike shows such as MIC or TOWIE, people vote on BB ... and bet. Both of those are VERY highly regulated industries

Oh CH5, it couldn't have happened to a nice bunch of TV executives....

So this is the tipping point and not the rest of the scripted crap like Mexican lovers flying in to be in the house?

and if disclaimers are good enough for MIC .... where people DON'T pay money to vote and money to bet...

oh CH5, what have you gone and done

Unless they cocked up. Normally there is a 20 odd minute delay on LF but last night it went straight to LF after SOTS which I presume wasn't on a delay unless a very short one. Maybe someone forgot the timings.
