I think it was potential damage to his reputation (taking a disabled person to court, even though he almost certainly would have won, because no patent + no patent) that put him off. The woman didn't know what Bianca's idea was until the last couple of weeks (just like all viewers) so her allegation came up when Lord Sugar only had about a week to decide who the winner would be. Even though I'm 99% sure he would have won, I don't think he wanted any bad publicity (nicking someone elses idea, even if it wasn't patented) |
