Well, I agree, but, would Lord Sugar really ant a disabled woman in the press continually saying 'That was my idea. That was my idea'

I think it was potential damage to his reputation (taking a disabled person to court, even though he almost certainly would have won, because no patent + no patent) that put him off.

The woman didn't know what Bianca's idea was until the last couple of weeks (just like all viewers) so her allegation came up when Lord Sugar only had about a week to decide who the winner would be.

Even though I'm 99% sure he would have won, I don't think he wanted any bad publicity (nicking someone elses idea, even if it wasn't patented)

Do they still film alternate endings and he only decides the winner nearer the time? I can understand why he would do this when the prize was a job with him but not necessarily why he would do it now.
