I've said from the beginning of this story that I reckon one of the babies will need a transplant after they are born, and it'll come out that Steve is the Father when the other child is volunteered.

One will be a boy, one a girl & somewhere down the line they'll start a relationship!! Cue the secret having to come out & yet another of Steve's relationships up the spout (excuse the pun

Makes sense, Amy somehow won't be a donor match (could be to do with the transplant anti-rejection medication Tracy is supposed to take but is never seen or ever mentioned about) but Leanne's baby will be.
