On the day of the Final this Board is usually very busy however this year it is dead and imo that is down to the fact that loads of the regulars have quit for this series and are no longer are posting.

If BB want to attract a different Audience that is up to them however if in the next series they have another attention seeking brat like Bear I am sure they will lose even more of their regulars and this board will be even quieter.

Same thoughts MAC as we seem to be getting outvoted by the reality series fans who probably think original BB viewers are dinosaurs, I have watched BB and CBB faithfully from the beginning and it seems if we want to watch we will just have to accept the change or forget all about it. Not the programme I ever watched so time to give it a miss from now on for me

Agreed OP. I can hardly be bothered to post any more. I guess some are thinking it's a forgone conclusion that the idiot will win. It's all been said.

Its been like this all series mainly because of the z listers, removal of Biggins, the Bear Fix,no live feed, heavily scripted scenes, twists, hyped characters, essentially its now one big scam which lacks credibility.

Its a dead format......RIP BB

Well I've watched this CBB all the way until last night but have actually decided not to even bother watching the final tonight because it could not be more obvious that the winner will be a very undeserving Bear and it's been manipulated for him to win almost since the start. I don't give a damn much for the other 5 either or which order they finish. Probably the worst ever final 6.

So I'm going to do something much better instead. Bear has won, so there's nothing to watch or say.

The show has become a complete SHAM.

Agreed, the personal posts directed towards other FMs just because they like certain HMs is getting beyond a joke.

Saying because you like Bear you must be like him, was quite funny and childish at first, but even that got boring.

I think it's because we all know what's gonna happen and how it's come to this. It was always on the favour of bear from day one. Hence the low pay cheque.

Time for the 'dinosaurs' to move on it seems.

For me, a newbie to the forum it's not been fun having every thought, joke and comment jumped on with endless trolling and empty posts like 'Bear to win'. I imagine it's been similar for a few people.

I've seen the Bear Defence Force just going through every thread and posting Bear related comments whether they're relevant or not.

I don't know if I'll be back, it got awfully boring and tiring responding to them.

If this is the demographic and show BB wants then so be it. The show will get worse, the ratings will fall off further and the forums will get more toxic.

Not sure I want to be a part of that.

Good luck to Stephen tonight and all his fans, it's obviously important for you all.

RIP BB

The forum has been very one-note this series.

I haven't watched for a couple of years, therefore not been on here, but there is so little discussion compared to before. There are so many posts which are simply snipes at a HM - whole threads dedicated to it.

It's like a cemetery out there! I've been catching up since missing two weeks on hols; but I'm almost up to date for the final. It's been hard going. I don't find Bear entertaining or funny or endearing - at all - so as almost everything that's shown relates to him, it's been very hard going indeed.

He's obviously going to win and I probably will watch as I've nothing else to do tonight.

There's nothing to say on here this season.

Group A can't stand Bear and haven't seen enough of the others to have a decent discussion that doesn't relate to their interactions with Bear.

Group B think Bear is great and can do no wrong - and every other hm can do no right (except, maybe that idiot Marnie).

That's about all that's been said on here, from what I can say. How sad.

there's so many forum members missing as well. As for me its got to the point where i think its going to be bear win and that depresses me. Is that what our kids nieces nephews and future grandchildren have got to be like to be noticed how sad is that. also there's some very nice forum members but some i'm half afraid to reply to.

It's a really bad series. We have hardly seen anything that doesn't involve Bear, and he is deathly dull, and squashed all the action and interaction - by his nature, and with the cooperation of the producers and what they choose to show.

There are a lot of good posters on this board, but it has been much more boring and less funny than usual.

It's the series.

The civilian BB was actually great fun on here, in spite of the crap BB dished out, the housemates included some interesting people that gave more than 'reality' shite.

And it wasn't long ago.

The Bear supporters did it. We can't be bothered with their delusion anymore.

I totally get where you're coming from, Lee. I would say stick around a while longer though, I really like your posts, don't let a few spoil your experience.

During the last civilian BB, this board was full of humour and I really enjoyed it. There are some great posters around usually, sadly, as this series has been so awful, they have stayed away, but they'll be back.

Appreciated

We'll see how the next one goes. Hopefully things will be nicer all round.

I came back for the wrong series then

I read so many posts which can be read as one continual sigh - so many people are totally pissed off and I don't blame them. But it has dragged the forum down, and there have been so many posts saying 'don't watch then!' and we all know how that goes down!

Lee, I have enjoyed your posts and will miss you.
Having said that, the LF debacle has decided me not to watch any forthcoming series of CBB as it is rigged.
I will however be watching tonight's final, purely as the LF debacle has wrecked the credibility of the show to the point I imagine panic in BB towers, and having gone this far, want to see what C5 and Emdemol can pull out of their bums as damage limitation.
Whoever was in charge of last nights LF, I would like to buy you a drink and shake your hand, your timing is immaculate.
Take care Lee, and everyone on the forum, it's been unreal!
RIP CBB

Agree Lee_Bo and I'm really sorry that you're experience has been so shite There's always a bit of rough & tumble on here, like every other forum, but this time was worse than I can recall and the really good laughs have been few and far between.

The BIB ha's been pretty evident - reminds me of the year Helen won.

The board was as toxic as the ultimate winner and this year's following that trend.

I'll stick around for the final - the eternal optimist in me is holding on to a glimmer of hope that someone except Bear might win.

Maybe most of us have been at work and had other things to do before the show starts? I'm in a pub beer garden waiting for my food to arrive but I'll be there ready for 9pm
