I will vote for Emmerdale when the poll is up. It is the only soap I consistently watch - plus, this week's stories involving Tracy/Vanessa (apart from the fight in the pub), Rakesh/Chrissie, Belle's disappearance, and Cain & Charity reuniting have kept me interested.

Again Emmerdale this week

These threads are pretty much voting for people's favourites rather than an unbiased view of what was actually best. .

I'm going to say Hollyoaks this week. Emmerdale was the poorest. .

Agreed, people just vote for their favourite.

I'm going for EastEnders, I really enjoyed it this week.

I've given up on Home and Away now thanks to the awful Morgans so Emmerdale is the only soap I watch so I naturally vote for it

Maybe to an extent, but so far three different soaps have won, and I have noticed that If some people's soap has a particularly bad week, they don't vote for the sake of it, they just won't vote at all. Another example is the week before last Hollyoaks got 1 vote, whereas last week it got 8, so It really does depend on the week.

They certainly are. I don't mind Tori the doctor but can't stand any of the boys - they're a Poundland version of the Braxtons! (I didn't like them either).

Me too, the fight in the pub was more of a "slapstic" comedy scene I think. I'm really enjoying the show at the moment, loved Charity's line to Cain "There are punters desperate for my witty repartee back there" I'm also enjoying "bitch" Chrissie and I It's interesting to see where the Belle storyline is heading.

You could say that, but then alternatively how many of us watch of all the mentioned soaps each and every week to provide a more rounded perspective/view? Some of us can present an unbiased view, and some of us can get ratty if one soap is being seen continuously in good light and the person voting doesn't see it that way. And some gravitate to their natural favourites either way, doesn't really matter anyway all a matter of opinion

That was my point. Not everyone watches every soap so won't be about to present a completely fully rounded view.

However Ben has already given a few facts /figures about the voting so it's actually quite across the board.

In any case it's a good thread for a general overview of the weeks soaps
