I think she's done as well. She has had big issues with the direction that this series was taking and I think the production team/ voting audience vindicating this direction has made up her mind for her.
It's not the same show she fell in love with. |

I wouldnt blame Emma if she left. This is the worst series of BB ever and she said it all on a previous BOTS. I don't want to watch TOWIE, Ex on the Beach, Gordie Shore, I want to watch Big Brother. Unfortunately the show has morphed into yet another scripted reality show.
She should bow out gracefully and leave with her integrity in tact because the show no longer has any.

Emma has other presenting gigs on the go. I doubt she needs the money. Better to preserve her integrity by quitting than continue hosting a show that is BB in name only and a con.
I actually went off Emma when she seemed fully supportive of this new BB and she basically told anyone who isn't satisfied with the show's direction to get a life, but since her BOTS rant about not wanting to watch a EOTB etc type show she's gone up a bit in my estimation. |

I went off Emma when she treated Heavy D like an axe murderer. Still waiting for her thoughts on Biggins...

I'm only saying this because these forums are anonymous.I really don't care if I'm believed or not but I am friends with Emma we went to John Willmott School together and I see her on most of her visits back to Sutton Coldfield. Other than that we talk on the phone and text. She has said she is disheartened and has some issues with some aspects of BB, her biggest gripe being with CBB. But for now she's going nowhere because she still loves the show so much and enjoys her job. That's all I'm willing to say and the only reason I've said anything is to put the tabloid rumours to bed.

To be honest, I think she was just a bit deflated and a bit peed off with Bear's interview......or lack of it ! It was honestly like watching an adult trying to hold some form of conversation with a 2 year old. Like Emma said on BOTS to Rylan, he didn't actually answer a single question he asked him and it was very obvious that Emma was getting really frustrated with him. I don't think she's entirely happy he won as she said on BOTS on Tuesday that although she thinks he's entertaining, she doesn't like how he has antagonised everyone throughout the series. And of course, she shouldn't let her feelings too obvious and affect the interview, nonetheless that must be difficult at times.
Having said that, I wouldn't be that surprised if she did leave. Apparently, she's really in demand for shows. And I cant honestly see BB carrying on after the current contract ends in 2018. CBB might but I have a feeling that will be axed as well. it is very obvious ch5 are running out of 'celebs' |

The final straw for Emma was Bear having so little respect for the show, let alone Final night when everyonemakes an effort, he wandered out in his - she said sweaty, but I wondered whiffy, old shirt and shorts he'd worn the whole series!

). I think this CBB has really hit the tawdry mark of shows like as GS, EOTB, TOWIE, etc and appeals to a certain audience, and that's fine, but in the process it has alientated much of the long term BB fans who have seen it do nothing more than nose dive into a sewage pit, and it hardly had star power to begin with. So, on that note, Emma needs to keep her eye on the horizon and move away from this now. Let someone else take over and let it go to a channel where muppets can tune in and get their kicks and entertainment from watching people drink and argue to an unbearable degree, shag all over the place, play up to the camera so much it's even too camp for panto season, have zero interest in others unless it leads to sex and showmances, and well, basically, that's it, unless I missed something else out? |

But if she still loves the show the best thing she could do is to make a stand and leave, or seriously threaten to. It's just about the only thing they'd take notice of at this point. She's very much in demand elsewhere it seems, as things stand her going along with the decline of this once great show, all the cover-ups, the lies from production etc etc - she's very much part of the problem. She may still love her job despite this but surely she's risking possible damage to career at this point - Whatsappgate (just one of very many recent others), and now the staged and scripted scenes broadcast on LF! Someone inside the show clearly seems to want to expose the mess for what it is, but if not this lot are so incompetent it's only a matter of time...Quote:

I noticed it on the sofa she kept fiddling with her hands and never looked interested.
And some vibes when she was the doing the live shows. |

i think people should go back and watch her first BBLB series, and her first series as host of BOTS! compared to now! she really isn't that same fan as she was back then! don't blame the poor woman for leaving this drivel of a show!
