Bear, like lateysha should've 'graced' civillian BB and spiced that up instead then may be it wouldn't have had Jason the dullard winning, then may be we could actually see someone that's an actual celeb win cbb.

I mean it was on the cards and he's the 'deserving winner of this pile shit' (as I've written before) but it all just feels so wrong, the whole thing. Like how has this been allowed to happen?

There's no justice and I still can't believe this man has supporters. I still don't understand that after all this time on the forum because none of them really gave any insight into their thinking. It was always very simple, provocative replies. I think we had a lot of Stephen wannabes on the board.

It's just weird.”

It's a series that's been staged and geared around bear.....what other winner would've come out of this pre planned shite????

Remind yourself of this fact and you'll feel much better.

I can't see the early BBs cutting the mustard with viewers now. Far too tame.

I even caught a few BB11 episodes over the summer and - bearing in mind that it was very heavily edited with soap opera story lines too - it was remarkable how different even that was to today's BB.

There were conversations. We saw ALL HMs in the HLs so we got to know them - could you see BB11 Steve getting ANY airtime now - and storylines developed over time.

I don't think viewers have the patience to wait for naturally occurring drama. They want a storyline NOW so BB is so storyline focused anyone not involved doesn't make the HLs and things are manipulated to the nth degree to satisfy people's appetite for drama.

The old series' format is perhaps too much of a slow burn to compete with these scripted reality set ups which guarantee drama.

I agree

Sadly this impatience will kill off the show.

I want a diverse house full of different dimensions and characters, the mode and theme now is all to one dimensional and just stale in comparison to series of old. It loses its interest very early on.

I miss actually getting to know hms through discussions, challenging tasks, different trials and moods, now unless your a performing seal you don't get any airtime. But BB seem to want this themselves so what else are we gonna get when they're casting for this purpose.
