So close between Ricky and him! Wish I had voted more now. I did 120 votes and thought, with lots of others saying they were voting for Ricky, that would have been enough. I am pleased Ricky was runner up though and he was very gracious in defeat unlike "HIM" whom I refuse to name who didn't even bother to say goodbye to the housemates as they left. Ricky hugged him and said congratulations otherwise "HE" would just have let him walk out. Very undeserving winner IMO.

Need to remember that will be the % of the final vote. The top 5 for example had more voting time than Frankie, top 4 more than Aubrey.
I.e Frankie may have had about 10% of the vote when he was eliminated |

Living up to your username, I see.
![]() ![]() ![]() I reckon that when eliminated Aubrey and Marnie were separated by a tiny amount. Same with Frankie and the two above him |

Bear: 35.90%
Ricky: 34.57% I disliked Bear in the beginning, and though it probably means that I'm a bad person, I have to say that I quite enjoyed the passive-aggressive, wind up merchant that he became. It was all done with tongue firmly in cheek and twinkle solidly in eye (I've typed it now, we can workshop it later) and even the most, to put it politely, earnest housemates cracked a smile eventually. You can't deny that he worked his socks off to be at least semi-entertaining for the viewers which is a damn sight more than can be said for the rest of them. He deserved it. I voted for him. If this is what CBB has become then he's the winner. |

1% difference? I am very sceptical to say the least. Why? Because in my view Bear was more likely on closer to 50%. Emma would have REALLY pushed the point at the time if those figures were true, surely?
So why would they lie? (if these figures did indeed come from C5 and weren't just made-up by a tabloid newspaper) Because they need to totally play down the accusations that it was edited for Bear to win throughout, in light of the alleged prior discussions with him/ his family about doing a spin-off show. Of course under normal circumstances the PR people would crow about how well he did during BB, but you have to admit that they desperately need to quash all the fix accusations, especially seeing as Bear seemingly got away with loads of stuff (some of which we saw, some we didn't), so if they were to declare that he got 50% or more of the final vote it might rile people enough to turn them off the new show. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it, as strange as it may sound. That said, this series has reeked of being a kind-of 'scripted reality' type show, or at least Bear's behaviour has and I said as-much to friends within the first week, so that's not hindsight talking. So, to throw another theory out there (albeit somewhat rhetorically), was Bear Big Brother's puppet throughout? |

I think too many lost heart and started to believe it was pointless, that it was a fix, that nothing could stop a Bear win. I saw it happening on here over the last couple of days. A bit more faith would have given him the win. Lovely guy, lovely interview and he will certainly benefit from the exposure in a positive way.

I will never look on Bear as the winner when he acted so badly and the producers of BB are even worst for making it everything about Bear, even Ricky in his interview called it the Bear show! Bear didn't even congratulate Ricky for coming runner up and wouldn't have said goodbye to him if Ricky had not approached him. You are right Jean, HE was a very undeserving winner!!!!!! |
