.........................I'll watch something that's been well written and is worth watching.

It's quite unreal to think that some bods were paid to get the "celebrities" to act like they did!

I suppose Christopher Biggins did some ad-libbing which got him chucked out.....The trick to guaranteeing the win must be to stick to the script like Stephen Bear and that awful Helen Wood before him.

Very sensible to extrapolate from the fact that we know one bedtime scene was scripted on the penultimate night and deciding that must mean every single word is scripted.

As for Biggins, surely his 'ad libs' could be edited out rather than faking him leaving over a holocaust comment and besmirching his reputation?

Are you really deluded enough to think that its just ONE scene ? Really ? Come on !

And regarding Biggins, even BB are'nt dumb enough to let comments like that go.

I'm done with it now. Shame but I would rather watch a proper soap than a bunch of trash acting out their brand of so called entertainment.

It's just all fake, that's obvious now.

And I recall a few years back when there was a talent show and a BB crew member was holding up a cue card for one of the contestants to read from and it was caught on camera.

I can't believe I got so caught up in it all, won't be watching again that's for sure.

every single former housemate who has been asked or offered an opinion has said unequivocally that the show is NOT scripted. why, as a viewer, you feel you know better is odd to me. as another poster said, that a scene was created to fit in with the final-night format is just not the same as saying the whole show is scripted.

How was the penultimate night scripted? It's been the case for some time that on live nights, eg evictions, they receive a schedule. The HMs ("normal" and Celeb) need to know when they need to be ready and how long for, Bit pointless having another hour of live feed if they are all asleep.

I don't think it's scripted at all, yes, we had that live feed thing but apparently that has happened because no one goes to bed at the same time, so they needed to shoot it before.

if it was scripted, they are not great writers because it wasn't a good series. If they scripted it, they would have written it like BB5, 6 or 7 (among the fan faves).

Right back as far as BB2 Dean, in his book, gave instances of how the production could be - and was - steered to show a certain view of HM's. If that could happen with 24 hour life feed with multiple camera choices available then is it really such a stretch to think that with the show coming down to what it is now that the steering hasn't increased significantly?
