If you need further proof, check out the link below. It omitted to say that what was ALSO not shown was Bear's antics re. Sam's eye....hmmm and the many, many warnings he was given.

Another winner that was so disappointing to so many. The public are wising up...

The only way to stop them is to stop voting.

That article lets them off very gently indeed. Chloe 'appeared to suggest' etc. No she STATED.

That is not very compelling proof at all.

Oh come on, enough of the fix conspiracy. If BB really fixed it for Bear to win do you really think they would have let him be eternally nominated??

He won. People voted for him to win, love him or hate him he was the entertainment in the house.

Well if they were fixing it for him to win, it wouldn't really matter whether he's eternally nominated or not would it?

Of course it would, if the public didn't vote for him he would have been evicted. If it was fixed for him to win I don't think the producers would take the chance of having him up for eviction every week and the possibility of him getting the boot weeks ago.

So people annoyed at Bear stop voting and Bear wins.

That works well.

It would eventually. No vote, no show, simples. Not unless they allowed for voting over an app. Anyway, the format is dead and has been for a long time. They should just scrap this show altogether. Even viewing figures for last night were 1.8 million. That's an embarrasment compared to previous years.

That doesn't make any sense if your going with the 'fixed' theory though. The 'fixed' theory states that irregardless of whether or not Bear is up for eviction every week the show would go out of its way to try and ensure the public would vote to save him through their selective editing. It was fairly clear after week one that Bear would get nommed every week anyway... Not guaranteed of course, but I'd say quite likely - if anything what the eternal nom did was remove him completely from the nomination pool and ensure that the other housemates had to choose other people every week that might otherwise have never been up.

Agreed, there is no such thing as a "untouched" reailty based TV Show. Shows like those based in schools and Hospitals have some kind of directed, scenario produced and light scripting.

Yes, it effectively meant Lewis was eternally nominated too as he picked up most of the noms that Bear should have gotten.

It's not fixed, it's just manipulated beyond belief.

Bear had been favoured all series, they didn't show his bad moments (of which there were countless) because they also look after Ex On The Beach and he was promotion for that. I'm sure he has a spin-off coming soon too.

BB ended really on CH4.

I'm inclined to agree with you and I never thought that would happen It's a DS fix they'll be saying

The proof was tenuous to say the least and anyway we did see Bear getting warned for aggression, food spoilage and baiting HMs I think or that might have been Lewis. However, the article seems to suggest he did things to the level that the public would have wanted him thrown out but many did want him thrown out with what we did see so what was kept from us and how come the article gives no clue as to what that was and there is nothing from the exiting HMs either.

I suppose there was the eye incident but surely no one is saying that was deliberate and we did get to hear about it eventually. I do think they should have shown that though ironically not doing so has caused more controversy and back lash just like allowing us to see the rehearsed scenes.

As for the rehearsed scenes, Chris Wright has tweeted about that saying they did similar stuff his year because it was impossible to get everyone to go to bed at the same time. As many are saying we do know it is scripted and directed to some degree and of course edited but this has always been the case. I just cannot see how they could fix it for someone to win or indeed why they would want someone to win particularly.

Bear may have another show lined up but he is massively controversial whether he won or not. He has loads of fans whether he won or not and he is a viable reality TV product whether he wins or not.

Finally there is the eternal nomination which surely they wouldn't have allowed if there was a real plot to make him the winner. VTS was what helped Bear as much as anything and CBB has always had that. He had fans because of the massive bellend that he was, that's just the way it is.

I understand that Ricky had just around 1% less of the votes to win than Bear and I wonder if we would have been talking about fixes if it had just swung the other way. For all their power and fixing they very nearly lost it

Think that's why they allowed us to see the scripted live feed to stop people voting because they thought it was fixed therefore the only ones carrying on with voting would be Bear supporters very shrewd move by BB

If that's what you call entertainment , I would rather sit and watch a dog Turd dry at the bottom of a swimming pool

Yes but its a Vote to save and seeing how entertaining he is for the audience and controversial Bear is in the house the producers didn't have to worry about him leaving, Bear isn't a good person but hes a good housemate.

Plus Rick saying "Great take guys, great take" after getting out of bed kinda does give one the impression of what was seen as fake.

What is that article talking about when it says that Channel 5 cut out some of Bear's worst behaviour? It's Endemol that makes Celebrity/Big Brother. It'll be the editors at Endemol's end that will be cutting things out. Five only broadcast the footage, as did Four when they were showing it.

Why would someone at Endemol leak a clip showing a fake scene?
