That they wrote down on BOTS when CBB started.
Why? Was it Biggins.

Most likely.

Maybe so. But you don't start something on a show not to finish it.

Because Biggins has been expunged. He only got mentioned because Renee dropped his name in. Maybe there is legal action in the pipeline somewhere.

Obviously he didn't leave on good terms and think he should of had an interview on BOTS to allow him to give his side of the story. They could of still revealed who they wrote down to win even if they both chose Biggin's.

I agree with you about him being allowed to give his side of the story.

There were some horrendous things said/done throughout that disaster of a series, yet Biggins gets thrown out when others have been given a zillion chances.

C5 would be hyper sensitive over slurs against race or sexuality with Ofcom breathing down their necks. I suspect the pressure to remove Biggins came from above.

Chucking food about, spitting, flashing naughty bits and breaking the fixtures would be matters for the production team, who prefer to issue final (final) warnings and keep the offenders in to boost vote revenue.

I think perhaps he didn't get an interview because of the risk of it backfiring... His no-show to his planned interview on This Morning was (I think) the same day his interview with The Sun - in which he said how sorry he was for the comments about bisexual people, that he has lots of friends who are bisexual & he has no problem with bisexual people.
Then kinda shot himself in the foot by adding "I Do Think They F*** Up A Lot Of Relationships Though"

I don't know about legal action, but it does seem odd that he seems to have been completely cut out.

Yes, I'd say so. One of them, if not both of them, wrote down Biggins. And Biggins is obviously being whitewashed out of BB history.

Okay, fair enough he said something they didn't like and got ejected. But it's not as if he committed a diabolically terrible crime.

He was so popular on there !
Katie wasn't upset over what he said!
He was persuaded to go on cbb all I can think is the action Katie's family threatened to take over his maybe tactless humour !
Katie no doubt will be mortified !
I expect his agent suggested he left but seems sad whether you like him r not one of the most popular housemates should potentially have his career ruined !

I agree with you.
Any other TV show when a celebrity guest lets slip with an offensive word then it's a quick apology and they move on. A bit embarrassing, but no one died.
Usually the worst that can happen is like with Ron Atkinson when off camera he made a racist comment (No one really understands why, because his actions up to that point would suggest that he wasn't racist), or Carole Thatcher when in the Green Room she revealed a depiction of her true feelings where black people are concerened.

But on this show though it's ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I can understand how somebody MIGHT be offended by one or two of Biggins comments, but I really don't understand why BB are overreacting.
And if this is mainly about Biggins' concentration camp joke which wasn't even aired then it beggars belief. Yes, I can still see how it's plausible how someone MIGHT be offended, but really, come on now. It doesn't mean that BB need to treat him as though he's actually committed a truly disgusting crime on a Jimmy Saville level.
It really makes me question what the people are like who run this show.

And I say this as someone who doesn't particularly like Biggins and couldn't stand him on IAC.

I don't think an anti-Semite deserves the right to "their side" personally.

Why couldn't they have just written different names and the originals destroyed? It's not as if Ch5 have ever lied in the past, is it?
