I think that even the type of audience channel 5 wish to capture are being left behind as shows like towie and x on the beach will do what they do 100 times better then c5bb ever could. the format of towie and x on the beach works for it's audience and they do that type of tv well, even though i've no interest in it personally. C5bb on the other hand does it so badly it's actually good in some way.

We maybe but that's no bad thing. Remember the original bb format was actual reality tv, where things were allowed to happen naturally, so we were surprised i suppose when something big happened. Now, can anyone say they care a less when something happens?
X on the beach and their like, well, aren't exactly true reality tv, dispite calling themselves "reality tv" . Now that's fine, people like the scripted reality shows, but when a show that isn't that tries to copy the formats but does it 100% badly, then they're is a big problem, and it won't end well for that particular show in my view.

Oh i believe they absolutely will. They don't want the true bb audience anymore, they have made that 100% clear. In fact, i'm not sure if they even want the type of audience they are trying to target, but who knows.
