I hope he gets Claudia. It'll be a good match for him i think. Shes tiny, will have good rhythm and is no doubt a very hard worker who's able to take direction
Despite the possible "showmance" angle, I don't think even the Strictly producers would shoehorn him into another Strictly romance when he has literally just come out of one...so no to Laura too. He will be challenged this year and will likely get Naga. Happy for both Gio & Georgia if it means they are happier apart... |

Not rude at all. Just me scratching my head over AJ and wondering if Anton has a middle name and is now using it to appear down with the kids
![]() And I bet you didn't know his real full name is Antony Paul Beke... |

That's a shame about Georgia and Giovanni splitting. I didn't pay too much attention to their romance while it lasted but they seemed to be a nice couple and I thought they could have really made a go of things. Wishing them both well for their future..

Maybe it's staged just for the purposes of the show. Keeping him fancy-free so the tabloids are free to write articles about how hot and steamy his dances are and how the couple must be together. Judging by the magazines, this horrocks actually seems to be entertainment for the Strictly demographic.

There's been a couple of comments on here which I think are a little unnecessary and unwarranted at this time.
Whilst you can post what you like on here, of course, perhaps it is sometimes worth remembering that you are posting onto a public forum which can be read by anyone. Indeed, Georgia has specifically said that she reads some sections of this forum, and I think it's perhaps worth considering how you would feel if you were reading some of the comments on here and they were directed at you. |

I actually liked them together. They obviously had chemistry and their relationship seemed more "real" than when she was with Callum from Corrie

Maybe I'm alone, but I don't find Giovanni remotely attractive. Good dancer and all that, but he's no Gleb

Their relationship always looked more like best friends or brother & sister. Glad they are both still friends.

Reason 100000000000 what I have always said ( I've personally seen this happen many times not only in my personal life but in the life of celebrities and this has been proven OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND OVER AGAIN that people shouldn't always take at face value what they see on social media. People have to remember that they choose to show you certain things and it's not always the truth . I'm always VERY wary of couples who project a very lovey dovey, life is perfect. ..picture on social media because 8 times of 10 it's only a mirage ; half of the times these couples are miserable as hell. Never fails. Call me cynical but this is the truth. ..shrug.
This is just a general comment |

What rubbish people break up all the time, social media or not. I doubt that we see even 1% of their lives. The real truth is that for whatever reason relationships don't work and run their course.
I said earlier on up thread that it seems to be another instance of social medial life not matching real life. It's just human nature, people want to present a perfect face to the world so their (general their, not this thread specific their) inclination to is post photos and comments that give the impression that everything is super hunkydorey and they are living the most marvelous life - when behind closed doors things are not quite so perfect. Add in people in the public eye and people who have <what is seen by some on the outside> as the perfect love story and the desire to keep that facade must be stronger. I don't know, because I don't read the appreciation thread but had this split been hinted at by people who follow them or was it a bolt out the blue? |
