Yeah it's rental, it doesn't look lived in at all. The child's bedroom is the only place that looks even vaguely lived in and it also looks to be on a different scale to the rest of the property, so that bit of the video could well be a different house.

Whatever...It's no different to what many well known and less well known people do on social media do to show off. Even people I know and like post frankly weird stuff online that is not quite the truth to impress others. I dunno why..I suppose real life is too mundane to be good enough. Stoneleigh House is the outside property featured in Chloe's Youtube video. There's a 2 bedroom flat there advertised on the Rightmove website which was selling for £110,000 at the time. The interior pictures on the website look nothing like the inside of Chloe's place. Very apt that she posted her video under the Comedy category.
