Is anyone else definitely not watching BB/CBB again?

I agree, I saw the Nikki Grahame incident as the start of a slippery slope, both in terms of BB meddling, and the birth of spoilt little brats being pandered to, rather than being given the wake up call that this series should be all about.

I predict that they will pay a fortune and put in Americans that nobody wants or knows and do not care about as usual , and there will be viewing figures of " 0 " ok maybe there will be some who cannot stay away but they will be disappointed as usual , after what BB has done this year it was turned into a porn show and fixed for Bear to win . R.I.P. BB .

If any one of the following is in it, I will not watch it.

Perez Hilton
Gary Busey
Nikki Graham
Stephen Bear
Speidi

Detest all of the above.

This x 100%.

Although this ultra contrived reality nonsense is almost certainly set to continue

I am another "I'm out" after all this time.

It is no longer Big Brother

I'll watch civilian BB if the housemates are good. (Hoping they haven't been on TV before, haven't got celebrity friends or don't have a connection to any of the HMs) even though this series was alright, the next one needs to be a LOT different. I will skip January CBB but would tune in to see an Allstars version. I'm sick of seeing towie, Geordie shore and ex on the beach people in there.

I'm afraid there'll be plenty of people from GS and EOTB in the Allstars version!

I recorded it and watched bits of it. Fast forwarded anything to do with Bear, whch was hard as it was all to do with him.

I'm definitely gradually phasing out. Actually, I've still not been able to watch the final. I didn't bother to watch the end of the last BBB either.

Yes I will still watch. I just never vote.

It is to appreciate that possibly no one will stop watching Big Brother.

It is better to express politely why the last wasn't appealing rather than to reach in at the deep end and protest with claim.

The variables need considered in that there might be a celebrity who you adore enter the house next and so, you will definately, surely watch. Possibly more of it.

Like Justin Bieber says, "never say never."

I find I just drift away from shows over time rather than make bold decisions not to watch. It's like, if I lose interest then it will be gradual. Usually so gradual that it doesn't even register until long after I've drifted away.

Totally lost the trust of the voters, and also it was the point where HMs became mightier than BB.

Looking back now we didn't realise we had it so good ”

That was a monumentally poor decision.

I was on the C4 Forum back then and those of us who couldn't stand her (and paid to get TF rid of her) were properly pissed off

I was an Ais fan - we couldn't believe she was so happy to have Nikki back in there but then, she didn't know what we did

What a series that was - one of my faves, right up there with BB3 and 6 for me

Wimp/Bear Ruined for me. After Biggins got throw out the House, I basically throw the towel. BTW, how many times that Wimp got warning for his behaviors??????

Yes, I'll be watching. It has never even crossed my mind to stop.

I have to have something to moan about, and BB never lets me down.

I won't be watching BB, CBB, BB Allstars, or IACGMOOH if there is a single participant from TOWIE, Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach, or Made in Chelsea. I really have had enough of them. I don't watch these 'reality' shows and have no interest in their talentless, usually ignorant/poorly educated 'stars' or their sex lives.

Rant over.

OK, so you won't be on the forum anymore, because there are going to be more reality celebs in those shows, not less. Someone from the Love Island crew is probably signing up for Celebrity Jungle as we speak.

Ha Nikki is the only one on this list worth watching! They havn't learned from putting Helen back in last year if they put back Bear. The only upside if Bear goes back in is maybe like Helen he will receive a ban from C5 for taking it too far.

I am not watching the next CBB but if Nikki is on it that is another matter.

Nikki had to be voted in my viewers and housemates, so it wasn't PEJ manipulating her in.

That she could win isn't really important, because she would win only if viewers voted for it (which they didn't).

Jon being brought back in bb4 was also against what people had paid to vote in hope of getting. The vote isn't only, or even primarily, about stopping a HM from winning: it's primarily about getting them out of the house. But there wasn't a big fuss about Jon going back, because he was popular.

BTW, the rules were changed in 2006 so that a returned HM was eligible to win -- and so far as I've been able to discover, they've never been changed back. The regulator said BB was allowed to make that change too.

Is rate CBB18 a 3/10

I adored the civilian series. If it was less twisty and better tasks I'd rate it up there with the best ever due to cast alone.”

Who are you thinking was good in the bb17 cast?

(I hope it doesn't include Jason or the awful Georgina.)

Believe it or not people WILL NOT BE.

This CBB really has proved a watershed moment for the genre. I watched it with increasing disgust and then decided on the Thursday night not to waste so much as a moment on the final the following night, as the result had been pre-determined by a gross manipulation. I was as good as my word. Not a second did I watch nor was I even remotely curious. I was right to presume the result of course.

Now unless the next series has a selection of A or B listers along the likes of George Michael, Donald Trump (after he loses), Judi Dench, Liam Gallagher or Stephen Hawking then I'll never watch it again. The trouble is that 5 have made it such a trashy, dishonest show now that anybody half decent is not likely to even give it consideration even for a decent payday, so that leaves all the non-entity dregs to be wheeled out as something they're not - celebs.

Everyone else up except Jayne was the classic manipulation by the producers that backfired and saw Nikki evicted. I love Nikki but the vote back was purely designed to get her back into the house. They knew she would be 1 of the 4 that would be voted into the HND by the public. All they needed was the HM's to choose Nikki for Pete because he was missing her and indeed that's what happened with Richard controlling the vote.

Not that I care because Nikki got back in and I was happy about that but if not for a twist (the whole house up except Jayne) she would have made the final by herself.

When I read on here the morning after the final who the winner was, I didn't bother watching the final on catch-up. I'd had enough of the odious Bear by then!
As to whether I'll watch another, who knows, it all depends on who is in it, & if there's a blatant attempt to single one HM out as the winner (as was so apparent this time round), I won't be watching it!

I rarely watch CBB, I prefer the civilian one which I will watch next time round but probably not another celebrity one.

I didn't watch BOTS once this summer and didn't miss it at all, I will for sure never watch that pile of shoite ever again.
