She didn't even know why Biggins had been evicted - see her appearance on This Morning, yet now she's going in all guns blazing? She wholeheartedly threw herself into the Christmas celebrations and was shown eating bacon. Double standards.

I'm baffled

Apparently she was on "Good Morning" and during the interview said she (and the other housemates) had no idea why Biggins was removed.

Maybe the Sun interview was after she was reminded what happened.

I doubt Biggins will recover his "career" after this.

Biggins was removed a couple of days after the comments to Katie. Since BB offered HMs no explanation when he left it is perfectly reasonable that she didn't link the two. It doesn't mean she wasn't offended or had forgotten about it.

Idiot.

She needs a good few months of intensive sessions and then some.

The sensitive girl with issues comment he made after he came out. She has been filled in since her Good Morning interview and now has a story to tell.

On a superficial note what is going on with her hair since she has left? A bit schoolmarmish.

Whilst I think what Biggins said was tasteless, I think this latest little outburst from Miss Weasel is just a cynical attempt to keep herself current and relevant for all the magazine deals she is hoping will come her way. Funny how she claimed she hadn't a clue about it a few days ago but now reveals she was devastated and had to seek the help of a psychologist ~ seems more likely her only way to stay in the public eye is to have spats with celebrities far more famous than herself aka Cheryl who are absolutely beastly to her!

She's going way OTT claiming that his joke was "anti semitic". It couldn't be construed as that, it was an off colour or inappropriate joke about the Holocaust but the emphasis was more on the Nazis than on Jewish people.

She didn't say she didn't have a clue about his comments she said she didn't know why he was removed from the house. Why is it difficult to believe she was upset by his "joke"? It was pretty tasteless particularly if what she says is correct about talking to him about Auschwitz only hours before.

I feel that Katie is a girl who is desperate to be liked and to be part of something. I think Frankie said she was running round desperate to be part of the various groups in thd house. She seems to crave attention. Only a few days ago she said she had no idea why Biggins left the house. She thought it wass a family emergency. Now it's been pointed out to her sjphes suddenly remembered that he was so vile to her that she was traumatised and needed therapy.

I'm not buying it. She will do or say anything if it keeps her in the public eye.

I'm not sure but I don't think the 'joke' was malicious though, it was ill judged.

He was likening BB to the nazis and their control... I think. It was a foolish mistake and it seems like she's trying to capitalise on that.

This may sound flippant and I don't wish to offend anyone but she is over egging the whole thing massively. I'm particularly impressed with her emotive ' my great grandparents escaped the concentration camp'.

Well, no they didn't. To escape them they'd have to have been there is the first place and by her own admission they weren't.

Agreed, tasteless, ill judged and ill timed but a joke. Having accepted his apology why the need to spend time with a psychologist or the need to unburden herself to the Sun, no doubt for a fee?

I think she should be more upset about the antics of her 86 year old Grandma the prostitute, rather than the the misjudged comments of a stranger.

She's a drama queen . Not changed one iota from her XF days . She just floats along seemingly normal then finds a little chink where she can wiggle herself in and create drama around her . In like Flynn .
I dislike Biggins , but binning him over that somewhat tasteless joke was ridiculous . And now that it had died down somewhat, in comes little missy WOW WOW WOW DRAMARAMA with her wooden spoon stirring the crap up all up again .
The only negative thing Biggins said about her after his exit was "Katie has issues" . Frankly I think he was being exceedingly kind and restrained . In my opinion she's nuttier than squirrel shit .

She's full of shit.

She's secretly delighted that Biggins' gaffe has given her an extra day or two in the papers.

Presumably she meant that they had escaped being sent to the camps

Not what she said though.

She is just reminding me why no one could stand her on the X Factor.

what's happened is she's got out and caught a whiff of a story that will keep her in the public eye for another day or two.i don't believe for a minute she was genuinely hurt by something that he said and i'm also sceptical about her being in anyway effected by the Holocaust... both my parents brothers were pretty much wiped out fighting in the second world war but i wouldn't have to see a shrink if i heard bad taste remarks about it.

I never suggested she wasn't. My point was the same as yours. She hadn't made a link between his "nazti" comments to her and his removal.

Blimey shes gonna milk the arse out of this one isnt she. Yes Biggins put his foot right in it and was insensitive, I belive he appologised, then everyone should move on.

She's absolutely correct in what she says. I find it hard to understand why anyone would want to deny her the right to express her offence. You have to be seriously and unreasonably hell-bent on criticising her in order to dismiss her views like that. She is Jewish, and no matter your views on her or Biggins, it was a horrific thing to say.

God, she did go on a bit didn't she!

I kept scrolling through the interview expecting it to come to an end, but no, on she went!

I don't think Biggin's has anything to worry about, he's still everyone's favourite pantomime Dame, he'll never struggle for work. Katie has probably just gained a new army of non-fans.
