That is not correct - she was asked about Biggins leaving and she said she didn't know why. His comments to her were not discussed. As I posted earlier he was booted out a couple of days after his "joke" (Biggins himself confirmed that) so she had no reason to believe the two were linked.

ok, i wasn't aware of the timeline but surely if she was so hurt by what he said she would bring it up (for free, or as part of the fee she got for that) on a television show instead of waiting to do a newspaper article (potentially for payment), and didn't her mother make comments about it the day after he was kicked out? i just don't buy it.

As I thought, his comment wasn't "out of the blue". It was connected to what SHE had said. If she hadn't brought up the subject, he wouldn't have made the comment.

I find the constant denial of the other 5 million victims(mostly Slavs) to be offensive. as they don't appear to count.

The comment was made on a Monday and he wasn't kicked out until the Friday.

Speaking of which, Katie isn't the only one cashing in on it. C5 have got a whole night this week showing a documentary about Hitler and his lover followed by Schindler's List. Oh and preceded by the D-Days Sunken Secrets. A whole night. Cynical, moi?

Biggins did make an antisemitic comment. I find your deliberate attempt to downplay the fact that the Holocaust was primarily aimed at wiping out Europe's Jews rather disconcerting.

6 million Jews were annihilated. That's a fact.

It's a good thing we're all so focused on the past we can't be bothered to do anything about the biggest de facto concentration camp in the world - the Gaza Strip. Almost 2m living there, mainly children. And seeing as it's predicted to be uninhabitable by 2020 and they can't leave...nah, doesn't matter
