Looking at new phones to replace the households Moto G 4G LTE 8GB XT1039.

But looks the market in the price range of £100 -£150 is pretty limited.

The HTCs in that range dont get good reviews, neither do Sony or samsung, Apple dont go that cheap.

So its looking like another Motorola, also noted 5.5' is now becoming the smallest screen size you get partners only got small hands and not happy about using big phones.

So seems if you want a 4.5' phone for £150 you cant have one ?
Also if you want decent performance apart from Motorola you need to spend £200+ ?

Is this intentional by the market place, or are new phones due for release?

Phones have got bigger as that is what the maker wants.

There are no good, small, cheap, Android phones that I can recommend.

Refurb iPhone 5s on eBay for about that price. Works with all the VoLTE and wifi calling from various networks I think. Maybe someone could clarify. I've just got the SE which is the same form factor and it's a lovely little phone. Very glad to get away from the big clunky things I had before.

No VoLTE and Voda don't allow wifi calling even though it's capable...

Cheers, I thought it had VoLTE. Maybe not a contender then.

Galaxy A3 has a 4.7 inch screen. You might get last years model in your price point.

You're targeting the wrong brands IMO. HTC, Samsung & Sony are focusing mainly on their mid-high end phones at the moment (someone correct me if I'm wrong!) Motorola are the only ones to have made something out of the cheaper end of the market. Way I see it you need to rethink brands or be willing to compromise.
