I'm not sure I would ever want to eat there, the kitchen is so disorganised. They don't seem to have a proper menu to start with. Babe just seems to wake up and decide one dish that she is going to serve, regardless as to whether she's got the ingredients in or not.

Plus they always seem to be traditional English dishes, like trifle, sausage and mash, fish and chips. The vic needs to get with the times and should jazz it up a bit.

The hygiene is atrocious too what with the hair in the food

Surprised anyone eats there at all.

Babe looks filthy. Apart from that I'd never trust someone as twisted as her not to spit in the food - or worse!

The choice of food in the square is appalling. Shepherd's pie, burgers and bacon butties. The only place that looks reasonably hygienic is the burger place, and that's because we always see Kyle cleaning.

Yeah I wouldn't mind eating at Beales. I would never eat at McKlunkys or th chip shop either. I'd be happy to try the cafe though.

They let anyone cook in there, and they don't care about hygiene... I hope the Cokers don't have their funeral reception at the pub, imagine scumbag making the food for them

McKlunkys looks like it has a cockroach infestation, it doesn't look clean at all.

At least they have a professional kitchen in the Vic (even if the staff do not act professionally in it). What about The Rovers, where on earth do they cook their hotpots and whatever else they serve in there? In the downstairs living quarters kitchen where Liz, Steve & Michelle also cook their own personal food?

I wouldn't eat at Beales. A burger stuck in a soft white roll...no thanks. I live in a small seaside town and the choice of food is fantastic even out of season. They need a proper sandwich bar with a choice of breads and fillings for the lunch time trade and the sort of restaurant that you would go to for a special night out. They can keep the cafe for the 'beans on toast' trade.

I'd go for a curry off Masood's stall if that still exists and sneak it into the Vic if the weather was cold. The Carters would be so caught up in their endless family dramas I doubt they'd notice.

Look at Abi, she splits her time working in the vir kitchens and working in a certain army surgery that deals with sick animals. They don't seem to care about cross contamination

They should have just called her Barbara. Apparently DTC named her after his own auntie, I hope she didn't steal babies too

We only get burgers at carnival time and even then I go for the hot dogs with lashings of onions.

The Market seems to be open every day & it offers plenty of international, as well as local foods, I have seen the food trucks or stalls for Jellied eels/shellfish bar, Massoods curry, Jacket potato truck, & more recently a Mexican food offerings. SO no need to the Vic to do anything else than they already do. I think it is fine for them to stick to traditional foods, if I want a good curry I don;t go to the pub, I go to a curry house. But in any case, who wants to eat anything touched by either Babe or Abi?
