Which Danceathon will it be this year?
In 2014, it was the Waltzathon. In 2015, it was the Quickstepathon. What will 2016 bring?

(I seem to recall you need to reply to a thread with a poll before the poll shows up. If I'm wrong, then this post is entirely pointless.)

I like the idea of a hot mess Paso Doble-a-thon with capes flying and everyone stalking round the floor
![]() But I voted for a Viennese Waltz-a-thon this year. |

These athon always end up make me boils with anger
![]() ...just because they're always there to serve some kind of agenda lol and it always turn out that my favorites end up being screw up by this. Never fails. To answer the op question, yes I'm sure we'll have another one this year. |

The ballroom-a-thons do give the male clebs a disadvantage. Party latin gives a more even playing field

I feel like if they can navigate a quickstepathon then a VWathon would be fine. There's very few steps compared to the other ballroom dances so it's much easier to judge who are the better contestants.

There were only two male celebs left for the Quickstepathon - Jay and Peter. Jay did really well and had no problems controlling their space (so to speak, no idea what propah dance terminology would be ..), Peter looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights ....

Went for a VW-athon...1) because its my favourite and would look stunning, 2) just to hear Tess try and get her teeth around announcing it!!!
