Issue with Factory Reset Protection Lock on Samsung Galaxy Core Prime - HELP!

My Mum purchased a Samsung Core Prime a few weeks ago second hand from CEX. She had an issue with a red line saying Custom Binary by FRP lock. I managed to download Kies and restore said mobile phone.

Android loads up, but they want the account which was of the previous mobile phone. I've re-formatted endless times, and all of these have been in vain. We tried all of my Mums even my brothers account and nothing.

Any indication what to do, and how to get round the block? Bare in mind, we are novice users.

This comes up on google as the first result.

However if there's something wrong with the phone like it being locked then I'd take it back, the factory reset protection is meant to stop somebody from getting to your data if the phone is lost or stolen I think.

I've managed to solve the issue - a Samsungs App account with Samsung SideSync installed on the PC and mobile, add an extra app and it all sorted from the start! Phone is working.
