Reaction to Spot on Flea Drops (Cat)
Hi Guys,
My cat is 4 and a half, and yesterday i bought her a spot on flea repellant from wilko, i applied it on the back on the neck under her fur as stated, she was fine till this morning when it looked as if she'd washed herself as the fur from her neck was wet , i rushed her straight in the bath and washed her in warm water, and since then she's not eaten or drank alot, seems tired and is breathing a tiny bit faster than usual and hasn't wanted to go out today, however she's walking fine, using the litter tray as usual, even tho she seems tired her personality hasn't changed and seems quite relaxed laid asleep next to me with her tummy showing. just wanted to see if anyone has and adivce or had this experience before? i'm probably gonna run her to the vets in the morning if symptons are the same but from reading others experiences online people are saying unless she's having problems walking or tremours ect its nothing to worry about and it will past within 72 hours |

I'd be ringing the vets now for advice and possibly an emergency appointment. I've heard too many horror stores about non vet prescribed spot on's especially Bob Martins.

Vets straight away. I've heard terrible things about spot ons bought from shops not vets and especially Bob Martins. Some have died.
Hope she's ok. |
