Do LG Televisions come with a built in TV Upscaler, just purchased a 49 inch TV will be connected to my Tivo Box. I know the Tivo Box does upscaling but cant seem to find anything regarding the TV.

All TVs must upscale. Otherwise SD source material would just be a box in the centre of the screen.

Edit - that should be all HD TVs as obviously a SD TV doesn't need an upscaler.
