Why is Rylan Clark everywhere on British TV now?

Seriously why I cant stand him and his whole camp routine and blindingly white false teeth, my stomach literally started churning as soon as I saw that advert with Nicole Scherzinger telling him he will be the new host of The Xtra Factor.

I enjoyed him when he first started presenting Bit On The Side but it's like with every passing series, and every other gig he gets, he ups his personality making him seem false and quite egotistical.

Because he's a safe bet to not say or do anything controversial and he's a likeable face.

Give me him over the likes of the Mulhern and Schofield's being plastered all over the telly.

I love Rylan! I think he is warm and funny and professional.

I don't get the hate for him on here.

Can't abide Rylan. I always cringe when I see clips of his OTT antics when he got through to the finals of X Factor

I think Rylan is fantastic - I watched his X Factor audition last night, had a life that year so didn't see it (), but he was so clever and funny and really a born entertainer. My parents are old school conservative (but lovely people, just indoctrined), and I remember them telling me about him and how entertaining he was.

I often think of that 'Black Mirror' episode that parodies X Factor in an extremely disturbing light and makes you feel bad for watching and actually enjoying it, and then I remember that Konnie Huq is Charlie Brooker's wife, and everyone in this world is a complete hypocrite, and I will enjoy watching regardless of the exploitation of the delusional.
