When do they do the 'winner's story?

I'm not normally bothered but I want to see how this character functions in the real world.

Oh, that's a shame. I was enjoying seeing real people who don't have to put up with his sh*t reacting to him

It would have made very interesting viewing though, if my suspicions about his future "career" were justified

Think they did it before he went into the house

It's X-Factor who do that, & also IAC who follow all the contestants once they're out of the jungle.

CH5 don't even give the public the HL's of the last day in the house!

C4 use to do something like that with a reunion show and followed the HM's with what they did next etc. I remember seeing one for BB7. It might work with normal BB because the hm's were unknown's before BB. Wouldn't work for this CBB because most people couldn't care less.

I know CH4 did it when BB3 finished, but it tailed off very soon after that. The followed Nikki for a short time & she had a 'show' out of it, that didn't last very long either.

CH5 have never done it.

The people who appear now on BB aren't in the main worth following for an hour, let alone a week!

Yeah don't remember them doing one after BB7 which they did follow all the HM's Pete rock and roll band, Nikki and Lea personal appearances, Lisa as a plumber etc. Yeah Princess Nikki which only lasted 6 episodes because she wasn't exactly enjoying herself.

C4 were more likely to have pre show audition specials as well but they also enjoyed a larger audience then C5 could ever hope for.

there isn't any "need"
the tv world doesnt dwell on the past, like wrestling, the moment one thing ends the next thing starts... c5 putting on a follow up show would be drowned out by the x-factor hype.

its a throw away society.... use it, throw it, move on.

I remember the year they did one when Brian Belo won it, I was pleased because most of it was about Shabnam, my favourite HM who got voted out after two weeks , cutting her record, I wonder if she ever did become bigger than Madonna ?

Yes i am pretty sure BB8 was the last series to have a "what the winner did next" type of show. Ch4 dropped it after that and it has never been bought back by five. For them the series always ends with the final night BOTS. There is never anything else - no Sat night hls show of the last day or a Sunday reunion show (Ch4 had a BBLB on the Sunday with everyone back in the house one last time), nothing, sad.

There was a What The HMs Did Next show for BB9, hosted by a short bloke called Lee something. He got to follow around the likes of Mario and Bex and didn't seem too thrilled about it, lol. http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=898612

There was also a Sunday show after the final. Keith Lemon put in an appearance and even managed to make Rex laugh.

blahahahahaha

I don't think they need to these days. The cross promotion of the 'stars' of the current crop mean that they can be found in most of the MTV/Viacom type programmes from now ad infinitum.
