I find it funny to think Bethany's bully has left school but she's still got nothing better to do in her time then to go and hassle Bethany. Is her life really that boring? Where's all her friends? Bit pathetic really. Can't wait to see David chop her hair off. Silly cow deserves it. Also it says she denies it at the school and blames Bethany, funny that Bethany has all those texts on her phone. Why didn't she just change her bloody number

She already had a bullying storyline a few years back, which was quickly wrapped up.

I agree that the time in between the main bully's death and Anthony confessing was too long, but I think the bullying storyline itself was fantastic. It quite rightly won Best Storyline in the Soap Awards.

They're ultimately cowards so would look for a more vulnerable victim instead of risking being caught out themselves.”

Going back to Brookside's bullying storyline, when Anthony's father found out who was bullying him, he confronted them and they carried on in front of him before being all gobby with him: https://youtu.be/XzTD0HWxoIc?t=4m40s

And one of them also went into the shop where his sister worked and was gobby with her as well: https://youtu.be/67qyAsw6b7U?t=1m19s

Some bullies enjoy picking on people and don't care about it, and what happened in Brookside and what's currently happening in Corrie are just two examples.

A plotline to get them together, I expect.

I think the story is good, but these bullies need their comeuppance. A dodgy haircut is not enough. Lucy Fallon is doing a good job with the story

People like Bethany's bully think they have 'friends' but more often than not they drop them for other people and subsequently get bullied themselves.

It's also typical that the perpetrator also blames the victim; that doesn't surprise me in the slightest.

I agree with the point raised above that Bethany's bullies would've targeted her online (in this day and age) but I think that's only been a few times (based on when Craig shared the photo online last week).

I, like many others, was bullied at school for a few months to the point I'd overeat in the school canteen until I was sick and then I'd have the day off after... he always targeted me when I tended to be alone so it's partly realistic Bethany is also being attacked when away from her other friends/family.

Well it seems at least Lauren is smart enough to go to the police as soon as she is physically threatened yet Beth didn't when her phone was snatched by Lauren with a witness. And if Lauren is going to get away with playing the victim then clearly the other witnesses are suddenly going to be absent for this storyline.

Yes, when she and someone else were bullying Simon. That storyline fizzled out.

Can't wait to see David threaten Lauren, a shame he doesn't go further. Typical of the school to suspend both Bethany and Lauren. When it comes to bullying they take the head in sand approach.

Yes, she and a girl called Grace put Simon in a dress and makeup, but didn't Grace start bullying Faye after that?

How would the school know who was telling the truth though?
