Hope everyone has had a good Bank Holiday weekend, and that you've been relatively lucky weatherwise.
Tonight, we are back to business. Our beloved show is back.
Here is where we are before tonight:
And tonight's spoilers are:
I have also added a poll to the post, on how are you finding the show in the last few months. I'm finding middling to good - there has been shining beacons such as the powerhouse performances from Lin Blakley and Roger Sloan as their portrayal of grieving grandparents Pam and Les with Paul's death. Linda Marlowe's underrated performance as dementia sufferer Sylvie and of course Jamie Borthwick's strong delivery with Jay's downward spiral. There is room for improvement - ie the Shakil and Bex drama-rama, Babe getting away with it again and the Carter's forgiving her, plus the other crap such as the Salsa school and don't get me started about how dire June was. I hope autumn is better.
Remember, 8-00PM on BBC1, 10-00PM on Watch or I-Player after 8-30PM. Thank you and hope you enjoy
