EE - A year since Shabnam's stillbirth storyline

Hard to believe a year has passed. Still remember this storyline very clearly. Just beautifully acted and written. Rakhee Thakrar quitting earlier this year was IMO one the show's biggest losses. The heartache and sensitive handling of her son's stillbirth was one of the highlights of 2015.

Anyone think we'll see Kush remembering Zaair this week in an episode? He's clearly moved on from Shabnam (Denise being his current love interest) but would be interesting to see them reference this as a year has now passed. Or even Masood and Carmel remembering Zaair.

I have been thinking about this storyline too. I really hope that we get a reference to it. Although it was a sad storyline, it was one of my favourite storylines.

I hope that one day we get to see Kush as a dad.

That storyline was briliantly acted and I feel Rakhee Thakrar never really got the credit for it she so well deserved. Remember crying my eyes out as I was pregnant myself at the time. Hope we will get a reference to it.

I still miss Shabnam. Such a shame she quit. Hope she returns soon.

The story meant alot for my family. My mum lost 3 kids prior to my sister being born. She felt so into that story and found them difficult to watch but the found the episodes fantastically played. The Kush/Arthur crap ruined the story aftermath though.

Pitkin once again being as insensitive as ever!

It was beautifully acted by Rakhee.
