Anyone have any info on any potential changes for ITT this year, and an idea of when it starts? Might the folks on the dance troupe play some role here as well?
It'll start the Monday after the first live show and end the Friday before the final. It always does. Although I hold out hope that one year, the producer will get their arses into gear and recognise that us fans want a weeks worth of ITT prior to it starting (to whet our appetites!) and a special one hour show the Monday after the final to tie things up neatly.

So there in the studio Monday, Wednesday Thursday Friday.
The clue is on the opening announcement,
Tuesday's is " From London"
The others " Live from London ITT"”
Sorry, I meant to ask whether ther is still a live audience on the Friday shows?
I might go to the ITT studio door this year. I'm not too much of a fangirl but this year's line up is my favourite ever and the studio is really close to my house.

Yes definitely, why don't they show the training leading up to the first live show? It's perhaps the most interesting bit to watch, because the celebs are complete novices at this point.
Zoe does interviews after the final which are available on the red button. But a proper ITT afterwards would be even better.

I suspect it's partly because it'll make it even more obvious that quite a lot of them are very far from being complete novices.
The weekday half-hour sister show to Strictly is back once again with even more exclusive access and backstage gossip that ever before. The font of all Strictly knowledge and former contestant, radio and television presenter Zoë Ball returns once again to present the popular teatime series.Karen Hardy will return with her Choreography Corner and Ian Waite is back every week to analyse everything going on in the training rooms. This year, as well as performing in the spectacular group dances, brand new Professional Dancers Neil Jones and Chloe Hewitt will also be regular contributors on It Takes Two sharing their unique insight from behind-the-scenes and bringing all the latest news direct from the famous Strictly Come Dancing ballroom.
Plus every Friday It Takes Two will be an hour long show in duration and will be filmed in front of a live audience. The ITT cameras will also get a sneak peek of all the behind the scenes action up at rehearsals in Elstree Studios.
I'd also like it to start a week before the live shows start but would be happy if we just had a behind the scenes type episode on the friday of the first show
