I'm forever about 5+ episodes behind. I generally watch an ep from 2 of the main 3 a day but I still fall behind. They're on way too much tbh & it's hard to keep up with them. It doesn't help that they're not very good either.. The only chance I get to close the gap is on weekends when they're not on but then a double comes along & sweeps me off my feet!

Currently about a week behind both EE and ED but despite Eastenders being my go-to for the longest it's always the one I let accumulate the most. I need to be in a certain kind of mood to binge it, it's not exactly light viewing often like ED is.

I am actually fully up to date on my soaps, bank Holiday given me time to catch up, but normally by the end of the week, I have a couple of episodes to watch.

Sometimes I might get so many episodes behind because of something. I then get back up to date with them when I've missed too many. I think the most amount of soap episodes that I've missed was about 16, and that was for EastEnders.

I am 3 episodes behind on General Hospital
A month behind on Bold and the beautiful
1 episode behind on Young and the restless
And about 4 episodes behind on Red Rock

I will purposely let the international soaps build up and watch them at my own pace, because i don't have the fear of being exposed to spoilers compared to the UK soaps.

I'm 6 and a half years behind on EastEnders, haven't watched it since Bradley died and it'd take me a long ol' time to catch up now

I'm not normally more than 1 or a couple of episodes behind due to the godsend that is catch up, because I follow five I divide my viewing time. For example, on a Monday when there all on I'll watch Home and Away and Neighbours and then watch EastEnders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale in whatever order I see fit on Tuesday. Normally Emmerdale last though as it is my favourite
