Anyone else suffering from the dreaded "Can't Play video" error when using the X Factor App. Quite a few comments on it at the App Stores but so far no one has discovered the fix, that I can find and the developers dont seem to be bothered.

Most annoying. I have read its just Samsung phones affected but not sure.

It happens to me aswell. I have a Samsung phone and I find it so annoying that the bug isn't fixed😑
