Now if we're just talking about the UK soaps then its Emmerdale. The show is losing its way, the Chrissie character transplant, the destruction of the remaining couples that Kate Oates left in tact and the over use of cliche comedy situations like last night's episode.”

I found Days totally unwatchable as well. That's why i dropped it and only watch 3 of the 4 US soaps. It surprises me it hasn't been cancelled as it is the lowest rated soap.

Me too, I was shocked that it has out lasted All My Children and One Life To Live. NBC hasn't had much commitment to it in years, I remember back in the late 90's the negotiations with Days and NBC fell through and Days was going to move to ABC, and this was back when Days was the #2 or 3 soap. I guess maybe the NBC affiliates don't want another hour to fill with syndicated programming or NBC realized 5 hours of the Today show would be over kill

But with Days in its current state I can't see the show continuing its a shell of its former self and all of the canceled soaps were in much better shape then Days when they went off the air.

Hollyoaks. I just can't get back into it. I think I stopped watching in 2014. Shame, because it used to be one of my favourite soaps as well as Eastenders

Is 7pm an approriate time for Emmerdale to show the pornography of Cain and Charity?
