ED: Will Paddy Win Rhona Back?
He seems pretty determined to make an absolute tool out of himself (he already has)
So what will he try next? I mean in what World would Casper Paddy ever be able to compete with dishy Pierce?

Pierce isn't 'dishy' - he looks in need of a good scrub.
Paddy is kind, honest and straightforward. Pierce is an underhand scheming toad only interested in himself and what he can con Rhona out of. |

I think he's been brought back to save her, there is something odd about pierce, something creepy IMO.

Flaming well hope not!
Paddy is a horrible cheating lying selfish man-child. Rhona is so much better off without him. Pierce appears to be insane(-ly sexy), but nobody's perfect.

I'm wondering if Rhona will get pregnant as that was apparently one of the reasons Paddy strayed because he didn't want another baby. Obviously Pierce will show his true colours eventually and Paddy will get his house back and Rhona |

Just a query is it actually paddys house ? I thought it was the vets house so as resident vet it would be rhonas. Also paddy would have to be a monster to after having an affair, and causing that heart ache to turn rhona and her child out on the street on his return.

Pierce has very sharp features doesn't he?
Almost like a cartoon character. Rhona can do better than those two |

In an ideal world Rhona would never take Paddy back. But it's a soap so ultimately she almost certainly will do because it will turn out that Pierce isn't what he seems and Paddy will have to charge in on his white horse and 'rescue' her.
![]() Heaven forbid any female in ED should be single for more than 5 minutes at a time, not to mention that Jonathan Wrather is probably on a limited contract, therefore easily dispensable after a suitable amount of drama has been wrung out of him, whilst Dominic Brunt is a long-term character who probably has no desire to leave the show. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

Yes he was extremely honest when he was shagging the teacher behind Rhona's back.

I honestly wish Paddy would forget about Rhona. I get he did her wrong but moving another man into his house is just wrong. If Rhona wants to move on with her life she needs to move out and give Paddy his house back. Also Rhona has been so nasty to Paddy over the years that I really didn't blame him for cheating, he can do so much better than her.

Much as I like Paddy the scenes with "trying" to fight Pierce were cringe worthy. I would like to see Paddy move on, Rhona has hurt him badly in the past and he has hurt her; time for them both to move on. However the whole Pierce and Rhona relationship is weird, I do wonder if it's Rhona who will turn abusive, she was a bit sinister the other day when Pierce and Carly were going running, it would make for a more interesting story than the predictable "Pierce is the baddie" one. Whatever happens you can bet Rhona will blame Paddy! Let's not forget her drug addiction and fling with Vanessa was his fault!

I really hope not. I hope they don't go down the predictable rout of Pierce being a bad guy but its obvious thats what will happen. No originality. Stupid crap storyline.

Pierce has already been shown to be a bad guy. Rhona just hasn't realised yet.

I'd beg to differ, Paddy is the underhand scheming toad and he certainly isn't honest. He happily had an affair for months behind Rhona's back, he has no right whatsoever to hit the roof when Rhona does the same or demand that she takes him back. He is a total hypocrite!
![]() But, as other posters have said, Hot Pierce will probably leave within months, paving the way for Rhona to reunite with the tiresome Paddy. |

I think It's only a matter of time before he goes Pyscho, Rhona has a very "emotional" and "Challenging" storyline coming up later this year, and I think It will be some sort of abuse storyline.

Totally agree, I'm hoping Paddy will be missed in Germany and have to go back indefinitely.
