He set the business up with Zoe. The building belonged to Home Farm, so to her at the time and either now to Lawrence or Zoe may have made it over to Paddy when she went to New Zealand. I don't remember but I think the latter is likely. She blew up Home Farm so probably didn't want to leave the Kings with a lot.

Whilst I agree that Pierce will slip up, I really hope they don't have Paddy white-knighting in to save Rhona and then have her take him back.

Agree with this. It's predictable and boring. Paddy should just b****r off. The bufoon act had worn thin. He brings nothing to emmerdale any more. He's had numerous affairs. He has a grimace with Marlon and stands like a wet lettuce every time Arron has a meltdown. Seen it all before. He should return to Germany. Ive never been keen on Rhone but I'm stztring to like her with pierce. Hes brought another dimension to her character. The bickering about who is on call or taking surgery hss gone on long enough. Rhona will be a different and more likeable character with pierce if they allow him to be a sympathetic character rather than just another bad guy.

I missed that, but that would have been when he and Emily fostered her.
