What's your favourite BB series?

Mine is BB6. Brilliant from start to finish.

It was a toss up between 3, 5, 6 & 7. But I voted for 6. I just feel even tho it was very argumentative that it was actually cast perfectly. There were no duds.

Plus is had Derek my all time fave BB housemate.

I voted for BB3.

A virtually organic series shaped by one genius twist, with a great selection of unwitting housemates thrown in chosen to play BB's most evilest game.

Not hard to believe that it was the most successful series ever.

BB3,though bb5 is a close second.

I voted BB11 - a very unpopular series here on the board - because it was the first series I discovered live feed streaming (beyond what they showed on E4) and the one that led me to this forum (after it'd finished) via an appreciation thread.

It's also the one containing my favourite task of all time - Ignore the Obvious.

I plumped for three, but up until 8 it was good.

Mine is 5 but I also loved 2, 3, 6 and 7.

5 was the GOAT. Nothing else comes close.

Now it is tame PC bull with viewers complaining over everything.

Reality TV should be real. In real life if you stuck strangers together in a house with no cameras there would be carnage.

The Channel 5 series doing well, I see.

BB2 followed by BB1.

As for Channel 5 - BB13 followed by BB17.

I loved BB11. Very underrated.

BB5. Jungle Cats vs The Lip Gloss Bitches... can't beat it. Little did I know there would never be a series to even equal it.

2 was perfection - just the right balance of absolutely everything

And special mention to 5, 6 & 7 for a wonderful combination of sheer out there bat shit crazy nuts.

Has to be Makosi, Craig and Antony in BB6 but also loved Brian Dowling in BB2, Chicken Stu and Michelle and Fight Night in BB5 and Jade, Kate and Alex in BB3.

With the exception of 4, there was a long golden run of about 7 years of BBs. I also liked the year Helen Wood won, but for very different reasons.

BB7 was the best ever no argument

Same here by a country mile. All the HM's were watchable - particularly loved Pete and so many highlights. Nikki though without doubt was probably the most unforgettable! Two random highlights were her calling Richard a "fat OX!" in the diary room for eating 4 bowls of cornflakes! Plus Richard getting himself stuck in the sofa and his horror as Nikki came towards him to cut him free with a carving knife! (and BB presumably letting her!)

BB7 by far. A few of my favourite housemates (Imogen, Aisleyne, Nikki) came from this series, I loved it!

I'd give a mention to BB5, BB6 and BB14 too.

Oh it's a toss up between 5 & 6, probably 6 for me.

I find 7 very overrated, it got very boring in final few weeks.

BB6 by far. Makosi, Derek, Kemal, Craig, Kinga, Science were amazing housemates.

I agree with this. I still love BB7 and it's my third favourite series but BB5/6 managed to sustain their quality throughout, especially the latter which never had a dull day. I also felt BB5/6's casts all delivered something to the series whereas BB7 had too many filler housemates that didn't bring much at all.
