Is it me or every day she wears the same kind of top just a different colour or occasionally 1 with stripes since DTC took over he has made her have this sort of wardrobe what she wore to the funeral of Peggy was really weird and sometimes they make her look very dated and very 80's wasn't Sharon always more stylish?

I'm convinced she done annoyed the wardrobe and stylist department. Because the way she looks on some episodes with her clothes and hair/makeup.....
But even the other episode where she was going to dinner with Honey and Billy she wore her daily outfit for it. Nothing different same style same hair (which seems to change on a fort nightly basis.)
Sharon is a popular character plus this is not a hate thread at all before anyone thinks that. I think Sharon's character is great.
I presume the wardrobe department has a limited budget and Sharon's clothes are very cheap to acquire from their usual clothing supplier. She was very stylish in the 00s era but I hope O'Connor speaks to the wardrobe department and ask them to give her some decent clothes. She has stunning legs and they're giving Sharon shorter skirts to wear, at least they aren't giving her jeans or trousers to wear during the summer period.

The thing is since 2014 she literally has worn the same type of top that wrap over thing all thats changed is the colours I think she has 1 in every single colour.

And even when she's going to the mini-market she wears dark skirt and jacket! I think those wrap-over tops are to cover her expanding midriff! She always was big from the waist up but so what? She should wear clothes that flatter whatever shape she is, not hide it.

I don't think that is even true. She practically lives in black, has the occasionally nod to white and when she's been a REALLY good girl, she gets a bit of blue thrown in.
When was the last time you saw Sharon in green, red, yellow, orange or brown?

Her clothes always look really uncomfortable to me too...
I guess they're trying to dress her as an 80s throwback, but something about it doesn't quite work. Sharon has always been very fashionable - pink jumper aside - and now her wardrobe looks dated. I actually preferred her look when she returned in 2012 (minus the Dolly Parton hair) - tailored jackets and slim fit jeans suited her much better than the oversized blouses and skirts she wears now.

She doesn't look like a drag queen, and she was always very fashionable in the 90s and 2000s.

The woman is one of the campest soap creations ever, she was hardly the epitome of grace and class like Audrey Hepburn. That's not an insult, it's just you don't see many women dressed up to the nines like Sharon in everyday life. Maybe it's just where I live.

I would think Sharon wears exactly what the actress wants to wear..she is obviously self conscious and going for cover up...remember seeing her on the show about the 30th anniversary and she looked exactly the same

I thought she looked quite different. I noticed in tonights episode she had a bag on her saying SALE! on it maybe she finally updated hr wardrobe!
I think she always wears black because she has an odd body shape; very skinny legs and very top heavy. If she wore lighter colours she could look rather big and odd and not really reflect the "sexy blonde siren" (I guess) that's she's supposed to be playing.
I think her look needs a major overhaul and she is in need of a desperate makeover. Get rid of those awful hair extensions and lay off the tango tan! I think she'd look fab with a short blonde bob tucked behind one ear and maybe some blue jeans and shoes she can walk in! Sometimes those skyscraper heels she hobbles about in look so awkward.
Sharon's not a favourite character or mine but I don't mind her much. I just think she's put in dark colours etc because of her weird body shape.
