I've read several times that people are speculating the baby could be Phils rather than Kushs . Did I miss something, wasn't Denise's night with Phil months and months ago? I thought she was having early pregnancy symptoms meaning it could only be Kush baby?

Denise and Phil's one night stand was back in April. It feels like everyone is following the crowd and believing that its Phil's. Personally, I think that it's Kush's. There isn't much drama in it being Phil's. Denise is an older women and has already been pregnant twice so she would be showing by now. Plus they would have dropped hints before now if it was Phil's. People think that it's too early for her to be pregnant by Kush but it isn't.

If her affair with Phil was back in April she'd be what 4-5 months pregnant, she'd definitely be showing by now wouldn't she? I'm hoping its Kush's but have a bad feeling its gonna be anither badly written storyline & they are gonna make it Phil's. It'd be nice if it was Kush's & then once Carmel has hit the roof & come back down again they can all be one big happy family!

Yeah, she should be because she's an older mum and it isn't her 1st pregnancy.
Until we know otherwise, I'm convinced that its Kush's. There's more to explore if its Kush's. Also if its Kush's, him and Denise might get together properly.
There is certainly more potential in it being Kush's.
I remember when this forum was convinced that Les and Pam or Abi were Lucy's killer. The there's the Grant and Shoron affair that was going to leave her pregnant....still time of course. 😁

Maybe the pregnancy is a false flag and her initial worries are the truth.

When did Denise first sleep with Kush?. It seems like it was last week.
I'd prefer it to be Kush's baby. The Mitchell's are flourishing anyway and Denise's family lack the next generation other than Pearl and Denise's two absent daughters.

She first slept with him two weeks ago, which is enough time to get pregnant by him.
It isn't too early for a positive pregnancy test.
Eastenders try to mirror real life so much so I wish for once they would get it right and let Denise (an older woman) and Kush (a younger man) have a kid together and live together for more than five minutes!! WHY can't they be just like any other normal couple like Linda and Mick or a jane and Ian? A couple who stay together instead of it being some big secret taboo affair!
Personally I like them together.
Finally for them to even suggest that it could be Phil's baby is ridiculous however, us as viewers are not wrong to think because they have done some pretty stupid things in the past....for instance Bobby Beale; uurgh that storyline just makes me ache!

I think that the baby is what leads to Denise and Kush getting together properly.

I assume she has been pregnant since April but didn't realise. Reason I suspect this is because during that period she started the menopause so it was clearly foreshadowing otherwise there was zero point in her and Phil let alone that menopause plot..

I think that its definitely a pregnancy but it might not be a smooth one.
She's had bloating though, I doubt this would happen in two weeks, the child is still microscopic!
I think it could be Phil's and that she has not realised as thought symptoms were due to the menopause. She's a small, toned woman and may not be showing at 4 months even after two children. I didn't show at all until plus seven months and still had an average sized baby!

Yeah and you don't bloat out after 10 days of being pregnant.
I had bloating straight away with pregnancies 1 and 3, especially number 3. The baby is microscopic but your body can still bloat due to hormones. It's why some people think they're just late instead of pregnant as they confuse the bloating with the bloating you get when you're about to come on your period.
