samsung galaxy s4 problems
hi
im terribly fick when it comes to these new fangled modern devices.. but on my old s2 im sure i could delete my cookies. cant find where to do this on this newer device... its also suddenly taking an age to charge... any ideas? thanks. |

Are you using Google Chrome or the build in Samsung browser for Internet.
The battery taking a long time to charge could be a few things. Is it the original charger or a known good one same goes for the cable, the phone is 3+ years old so the battery could be coming to the end of its life. |

Settings>Privacy>Clear browsing data. Then get rid of cookies.
