Nobody likes the cliquey, two-faced, factory "lot". We'd axe the lot bar Sally if we could

When Izzy, Sean ect... were giving Jenny funny looks while pretending to work at their machines I was "so frustrated". You were caught watching a film when you were being paid extra to do some work and then threw a hissy fit when you were told off, stop trying to take the moral high ground you workshy irritants.

I can't get round the logic of this storyline.

They basically deceive Johnny (which Kate is completely cool with) but he is in the wrong for docking their wages. Aidan isn't happy about this either and tries to buy round the workers who deceived his father. Then when Jenny is revealed as the "mole", Aidan has a problem with her and the likes of Sean want her out, even though he instigated the whole thing in the first place?

And Izzy having a go at Johnny earlier. Seems to have slipped her mind that he allowed her to keep her job, despite taking drugs, then despite the warning continued dealing and broke a police officer's leg and did time in prison.

Its ridiculous. For the story to work we are expected to disregard the structure of a business and root for irritating characters who think it is their right to be paid to watch a film.

And Izzy having a go at Johnny earlier. Seems to have slipped her mind that he allowed her to keep her job, despite taking drugs, then despite the warning continued dealing and broke a police officer's leg and did time in prison.
Why has that dangerous thug even been released?

Good on Jenny-and it shows what a shower the factory workers are when they are bought off with a few cakes too!

It's a ridiculous storyline for all the reasons Callum states.

They were in the wrong for watching the film, taking any pay, let alone double bubble for time they weren't working, for taking their stockpie of knickers to pass off as that days work. Effectively they were stealing from Jonny and Aidan 3 times over, normal pay, double pay and the knickers which he might have needed for something else.

But he is at fault for docking them (should probably have given them all formal warnings) and 'spying' on them.

They then call an illegal strike, and have to be bribed back to work!

God's.

Aside from anything else, don't Trade unions have a bad enough reputation for calling strikes for no good reason and just being trouble makers without this kind of portrayal on a soap for a joke storyline?

Obviously none of this makes any sense but I feel the need to ask, why did Aiden call his Dad a hypocrite He is going out with a factory employee too and he has even cheated on her Oh and didn't he steal money from his Dad to buy a share in the factory in the first place. What with that and ex con Izzy the whole bloody place is full of hypocrites so it seems odd to pick on Johnny

Anyway Team Jenny all the way

Again, i agree.

Jonny has been more than fair and reasonable boss to all of them (except perhaps Sally who he got demoted from the Office to the Machines just because he found her voice annoying) and especially Izzy with all the Drugs and Prison stuff. They were also very good to Fiz, allowing her unlimited leave and keeping her job open when Hope was sick.

Yep, good one pointing out the Fiz situation. Then again, that storyline is also forgotten, what with her going off to the pub drinking despite not long ago nagging Tyrone about money problems and feeding him pasted sandwiches.

Indeed. The factory staff decided to spend their "strike" in the pub and the cafe drinking away wages that they weren't earning. Ridiculous.

I agree, If I was Johnny, I would have sacked Sean and Izzy on the spot and made an example of them.

'Nobody' is a huge generalisation and assumption. Sally is the only one I'd axe. Can't stand her. Never could.
We're not all on Jenny's side. She only did it to crawl to her boyfriend boss.

Lol!!!! Leave out the 'bar Sally' & I would agree with you after this s/l!! Sinead is the one I'm disappointed with !! That rubbish was just so far out of character for her it was painful!!

Obviously none of this makes any sense but I feel the need to ask, why did Aiden call his Dad a hypocrite He is going out with a factory employee too and he has even cheated on her Oh and didn't he steal money from his Dad to buy a share in the factory in the first place. For the first time in his entire existence on the show I found myself having a lot of time for
Johnny!!

I agree, If I was Johnny, I would have sacked Sean and Izzy on the spot and made an example of them.
Add Kate to that list & I would agree!! She may be his daughter but she was left in charge & sanctioned the idle ba**ards ripping off the company, in fact joined in & then moaned on with the rest!!

Broke his leg!!!. The one she didn't break is practically in the grave. To this day he can only communicate through eye activated computer. My money's on her to shank Jenny as soon as she finds out it was her who snitches. She will always have the prison mentality, snitches get stitches and end up in ditches. All knickerstitchers should demand kevlar jackets when Izzy is at work. Johnny should put a picture of a cop on the wall beside Izzy's machine to remind her of the blue line she thinned out.

Team Jenny!

Why is it ok for Eva to be with Aiden and she's supposedly not after his money, but Jenny can't be with Johnny because he has money and that has to be all she's after.

Hypocrites!
