Better line of men this year and they may have parity or even a 3 to 1 split over the woman for a change in the finals. But I think Claudia Gymnast's do really well in this type of shows.
Voted Will & Karen. Must say I guessed 99% of the dance partners. Height of Celeb was the obvious way to do it and the 2nd lingering camera shot. Cheesy first 10 minutes. Fun that Olly Murs got a quick view of what he's going to be doing in 12 months after he complained about his singles not being streamed. That's a bit mean, I like Olly, he'd be a great contestant!

I'd love Olly to do Strictly he has just announced a tour for next year I have no idea of dates but I think he will do Strictly in the future just maybe not next year, as soon as he's announced my money's on him for the glitterball.
If I had to put on a bet on now, then it'd be on Will & Karen. I suspect Danny & Oti, Ore & Joanne and Claudia & AJ will also make it to the latter stages.
To be honest though, I liked everyone to a certain extent except Judge Rinder (I really fail to see what everyone else clearly finds hilarious about him).
If Greg has rhythm .... then Nat will get the most out of him and they stand an excellent chance. I would say Ore ... he looks phenomenal but he's with Joanne ... and even in the pairing they managed to irritate me a bit which will only increase I suspect. Too OTT and a little of Joanne goes a long way. Would have loved him with Oti. I don't know Danny Mac ... think he might love himself too much, we'll see. Claudia stands a good chance and the partnership will be great I think. Anastacia will endear herself to lots of people and she has a great back story which will earn her an incredible .. and deserving ... amount of goodwill. Think Brendan will treasure her.
The main problem with Will is Karen ... but I'm willing to see how it pans out.
Laura and Gio look uncomfortable already. Naga looks incredible ... think that will be a good partnership with Pasha but is she fun enough?
Everybody else .... meh! But it's early days.
I never would have picked out Jay as a potential winner at the launch last year. Week 1 I pencilled him in as a possible, week 2 all other contenders disappeared (for me.) It's got to be the whole package ... good dancer or dancer with potential, great chemistry with partner and endearing personality. Whoever's got that (in the eyes of the majority of the GBP) .... wins!

Not everyone - I don't see it either. With his rehearsed comebacks he just reminded me of a younger, male version of Ann Widdecombe.
