A few problems with the game engine causing the game not to feel 'right'. Alot of my mates after playing the PS3 version have noticed the game feels different but they can't put their finger on it.
A few other problems with the game engine include - player collision being terrible, bumping a teammate feels like you have hit a brick wall, not good when playing SnD and you all start so close together - Devs getting complaints re maps looking a bit blurry and washed out, could be the engine's bloom/lighting effect. So wasn't just me and my eyesight then! ![]() Luckily these things aren't game-breaking as the remaster is still really enjoyable. |

Anyone noticed glitches and other issues with the campaign?
Only up to "Blackout" when this happened: https://i.imgsafe.org/0b6e8547e2.jpg Yup, somehow the AI can get stuck! Didn't even realise until after I'd completed the next objective and couldn't work out why it wouldn't let me progress! So I had to start the whole mission again. |

I'm torn on this.
It looks great (albeit the orange tint on the desert maps doesn't really do it for me), it sounds great, and for the most part it plays great. There are little niggles, tweaks to gameplay, that are beginning to irritate me. Claymores have been nerfed to some degree. Can't tell whether it's reduced blast damage or a longer delay after being triggered, but something's definitely 'off' with them. The other thing that's not quite right is juggernaut which seems to have been buffed to ridiculous levels. Some fcuker the other night survived a grenade blast (jug hit marker) and then a clip (another jug marker) - from memory the old game was one hit marker and then dead. Its annoying because it's so close to perfection, but when it's that close, the little differences almost seem much worse. |

I used this help vid and did it after about 10 attempts. You'll improve each time you do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fnpD9VHxzE

You can watch my how to video for that achievement
![]() The original MW it actually only took me couple of hours to do which is good for my low level gaming skills. Maybe my reflexes are getting old.

I was trying for nearly 45 minutes yesterday. I can't seem to get lower than 19 seconds. I did end up with 20 seconds in one go, and that was with flash banging myself on gate 6. If I hadn't of done that, I reckon I would have nearly been there.

I get to the stairs in around 30 seconds like you then it goes horribly wrong.

Then you're halfway there! I kept messing up at the beginning and constantly restarting the mission. Again use the PS4 trophies walkthrough which explain what you should be thinking about going through each section and use your flashbangs! At least you didn't get to the end like I did and shoot the hostage

Online is way harder than I remember.
Every single game so far I've had either an even number of kills and deaths or a negative K/D. Basically I'm getting dominated every match. I don't remember being this bad back in the day, but perhaps I was.

Lag compensation seems very aggressive to me and when you are in a party it is incredibly bad, i got 0-23 the other day playing with my mate (ooer), a blindfolded monkey would have hit someting.

I did get it to 1.2 but then a post-skin-ful session over the weekend put a huge dent into that!

Just spent a few hours on with my mate and it was unplayable, however once i left and he's back on his standard ADSL connection he's cleaning up.
I'm getting a bit sick of buying a game and getting penalised for having a good connection. |

Just played over Wi-Fi with no DMZ, no port forwarding and a
moderate NAT and it was like a different game. |

The mission "Heat" on Veteran is bordering on impossible IMO.
Get back to the LZ how exactly? Just wave after wave of enemies whichever route you take and there's only two. And the air strikes are as good as useless because literally two seconds later the next wave appears. |

Getting past the first wave is the hardest, I used the air strike then rushed to the left trench tunnel and crawled through, after that if you make your way to the LZ through the numerous houses and buildings you should make it through but it's not easy as just like Mile High Club the spawns seem a bit random and different each time. |

I struggled with this as well on Veteran. I used this walkthrough which helped re the route to take https://youtu.be/fzJYWAzrgz0 (skip to 8:10).

I managed it in the end. I just kept at it with the airstrikes one after another until eventually there was an opening for me to actually make a run for it. Then I literally just ran in a zigzag direction down the hill to the LZ, dodging enemies the whole way. Fluked it basically. But I'll take it! As you said, it's much easier to survive once you get through that initial wave. |

Can't wait to get this, I'd walk through the Veteran campaign on the original since I played it so much. But was in the top 100 score on Playstation forever on ranked as well, I literally spent every second playing Search and Destroy. Recently got the old version on PC and I still throw out 10/1 kd's on all the maps. Gonna run it when I get it on the Xbox
