I don't want anyone to use "vast profits" I want us to remain a real football club and not someone's wa*k rag like Chelsea and Citch.

I agree with you but when we don't even spend as much on strikers as the likes of Stoke(for example) it gets embarrassing

You're embarrassed to be a Tottenham fan now?

Were you around in the 90s?

Certainly not embarrassed about being a THFC fan just embarrassed about our chairman.

I see a story and photo has crept out about stadium sponsorship. How could that have happened

http://www.squawka.com/news/uber-sta...ew-home/809509

I think Mr Levy might consider that an opening bid/placeholder.

2019-20 looks to be the season we will close in on Liverpool in terms of income, with the CL as an unknowable variable.

Though I am against paying silly money for players I think splashing the cash on a top striker is the one position I would fully support. We need to have a minimum of three forwards in the squad and more importantly (as others have said) we need a front man who can make chances for himself and is not solely reliant on service from the rest of the team.

Could be worse!

But lets face it, nothing is going to sound "great". Whatever we get the chances are its going to sound a bit naff. It will always be White Hart Lane to me.

It's early doors, of course. Levy is just rattling his tin.

It made me remember cladding isn't fixed, it can/will change subject to stadium sponsorship deal ..

We are due a win just based on the football law of averages!

Looks like Toby will remain out for another week.

They've got a terrible away record this season as well which is making me more hopeful.

I imagine we're not taking any chances with Toby. I suppose it's better to take an extra week if it means we can call on him for the next few months.

One thing about Toby is he's about 50% of our ariel threat

It doesn't matter so much with Walker's more direct approach but you really feel it with Trippy on the park ...

Goals win games. There is really no excuse for anything but 3 points today.

Mocked by Leicester fans. Good enough reason to get revenge today and give them a spanking.

In our capacity as unpaid therapists for strikers on a bad run, what's the betting that Vardy will score today.

Crazy as it sounds, I have a feeling Sunderland will get something from todays game. Tricky away games for Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool too. Could be a good weekend for us.........if we do OUR job !

Now that you've said that, I'm half wishing I'd had a punt on that earlier .. it's bound to happen. Tosser.

(Vardy, not you Moth ! )

Subs: Vorm, Trippier, Davies, Carter-Vickers, Winks, Onomah, Nkoudou.

Right, lets actually score a goal and then we can take things from there.
